This book is my story, perception, experiences, and manifestation based on my willingness to forgive and no longer define myself as a victim of circumstances. God gives that which is good when we seek to follow the good path. Reflection allows us to recognize, forgive, and let go to shift our present view of life to a higher vibration. The higher vibration creates a higher degree of desire to live and let life unfold. Life events are lessons or blessings that shape our journey. Storytelling is adding the sequence and details to our experiences to understand. Sharing those stories with others builds collective hope to change unjust conditions or become a better person. Transformation is seen in the manifestation of our life structures. We see shifts in our financial, egoistic, livelihood, health, spiritual beliefs, world views, community, and relationships. We grow stronger in who we are and become beneficial to the community by giving the gift that our soul came to give. We say yes to life at a higher level and create more happiness and fulfillment in our lives. This is transformation and this is the 8 Degrees of Yes!

This devotional series originally came about in 2015 because I was in need of a morning devotional after finishing several from a Bible Application on my phone. Then it came to mind, that I should do one myself. Well, February is National Heart Month, and I love studying about the heart of David and so I started to write a small piece every morning as a text message on my phone to several of my friends.  I had no clue, as to how I was going to be able to have enough material to complete a month of devotionals. Little did I know that there was more… lol. It was also during this time, that some very special people in my life were going through life changing journeys, and this devotional series became an opportunity to reach out and speak words of encouragement, hope.Again in 2018, I asked for a commitment from several of my Facebook friends to join me, at least until 14 February. I told them that they could decide if they wanted to continue.  Most continued and many were added. From there it expanded to 6 months of daily devotionals written in Facebook Messenger format. You may even see some comments from the readers.Top of the Morning (TOTM) 2018 was dedicated to my granddaughter, Elvisha Jo Henry, who had heart surgery on 12 February of that year. We thought she was to have a new valve installed, virtually a new heart, but God had another plan to repair her existing heart. Many of us have new or mended hearts, through Christ Jesus and that is special!  Looking forward to having you join me on this journey... look for words of hope, love, and encouragement! God's heart... All things are possible...when we are lined up with the presence of God and our hearts are in rhythm and flow with his heart.  I believe it. Enjoy the journey!

The journey of life is a life we live in stages, not just by ourselves, but also with our families. How we handle these stages will determine the life we live. I hope that as I have shared some of my own journey with you, you also are inspired to lean on and trust the only wise individual who can love, comfort, lead, and guide you successfully throughout all of these stages. He is our Peace, Comforter, Strength, Teacher, Advocate, and Love, and as you communicate with Him, He will show you how. After all, He is the Messiah.

Shelby Sheep Shakes Things Up is about a young sheep who spends her day on the farm wondering why all the other animals only do what is expected of them. Time after time she gets disappointed by the disapproval she receives from the other farm animals when she tries to do things that a sheep wouldn't typically do. She eventually gets all the animals to join in a rally to do the things they want to do, not just the things they have to do. At the end of the story all the farm animals learn that as long as they get their work done, they can go have some fun.

A Short Survey of the Bible presents an overview of each book of the Bible in plain English.  It is intended to be used as introductory and background material for each book to increase comprehension of the Bible as one cohesive story of God’s plan of redemption for mankind.  It is a great tool for those new to Bible study, and can also serve as a reference tool for those more familiar.  Included with the summary of each book are questions to guide the reader through central themes in each book.   

This is a recovery story about a Micmac woman named Melody Paul. She is from the Canadian province of Nova Scotia in an island called Cape Breton, famously known for its beautiful trails.
