The Full Course RCT book will help you avoid the trial-and-error approach to chassis setup. It will teach you sound, proven technology that is both easy to understand and easy to use, so you can set up your race car in the shop and see the positive results on the track immediately, with very little tweaking. What follows is a common-sense approach to chassis setup, vehicle dynamics and race-car design, founded on solid engineering theory. However, you will need to have an open mind, and be willing to accept new ideas that may go against previous chassis setup thinking. Just to make it clear, the technology presented here applies to all race cars, from quarter midgets to Formula One and everything in between. This book tends to lean towards stock car racing because it represents most of the world's automobile racing. But know that not only will be useful for all forms of circle track racing from asphalt types to dirt cars, a great deal of the technology applies to all race cars.
Race Car Technology - Level Three has the best information for setting up a race car you will find anywhere and better than any other source you will come across. I say that with conviction, and here is why. This course will cut no corners. In this course, we will present information and techniques that if followed, will vastly improve the programs for most race teams. For the others, it will provide you with performance you never thought possible, even if you are already a championship winning team. We came about this information by working with many hundreds of race teams across many different type of auto racing. We also researched, tested and developed advanced methods and knowledge associated with engineering modern race cars. This book contains the most up-to-date information available today.
In RCT Level Two, we will, in the logical order of importance, be setting up a race car. The methods we will use and the order we will progress in is mostly common with all race cars from short track street stocks to Late Models, to Prototype road racing, and even with the Formula One race cars. Race cars don't just come ready to race. You might be buying a brand-new race car, starting to work with a used race car you just acquired, or maybe you are building your own race car. In any event, you must go through the car and setup each system of that car properly and in a specific order. When you get done with this Level Two Course, you will be able to work with a modern day race car and set it up.
The RCT Level One book is the first step in furthering your knowledge and understanding of the systems and parts of a dedicated race car. This course will explain all of the relevant systems race teams and race engineers work with on a daily basis. This course will teach you how to speak the language of race car technology. Level One provides the foundation for the next three Levels in the Race Car Technology school. There is information contained in this Level that has never been presented before in any format. For that very reason, even seasoned veteran racers will come to appreciate the presentation of this unique knowledge. The information presented is in some ways about specific race car types, and then many ways, much of what you will learn is relevant to all race car types. The basic technology is common among race cars from simple street stock circle track cars to sophisticated road racing and formula cars.
