Chapter 4 covers the basics but again will not dive into the same depth of details as other resources. Where applicable, personal experience will be utilized to give some real-life feel to the concept. Another topic of emphasis is the culture for growth and expression. I end with a bit of a dreaming with God notion that is meant to stir your heart and imagination to do likewise. This clarification is not meant to do anything other than give an upfront awareness of the focus.
