The Dark Mist - SynopsisLiving in a world that is being overrun by corrupt politicians and suffering through a poorly handled drug epidemic, Rex Mist is faced with a challenge. Lever is the daughter of the lead scientist who developed the Dark Mist drug, which is an aggressive version of the drug Breakdown. She offhandedly works with the military and is on a mission to save her father who overdosed on Dark Mist.Along this journey, we encounter several eccentric, colorful characters. A carfree blind girl named Maliezza, who is a walking contradiction. Her group of friends, each with a unique power that they honed while being raised in an orphanage. Dokusei, a charming, yet cocky mercenary who supplies the gang with weapons and escorts them on missions. Additionally, there are a number of dark, powerful figures known as Reapers who have ascended to a higher level of power due to having a hefty kill count.All odds appear to be against Rex and his squad. Can he defeat the military? Will Lever leave the military and fight for the other side? Can the effects of Dark Mist be reversed?
