The reactions of animals during UFO sightings may provide clues to the nature of the phenomenon and how to conduct better research. So many sightings occur because the witness was alerted by a dog barking, or barnyard animals making sounds of alarm, but that aspect is usually just a brief mention in reports. Taking a deeper look, we find that all types of animals, from all around the world, share similar experiences to UFOs. Animals have keen senses and don''t have an imagination, so their reactions prove that something real is happening. What can we learn from these animal witnesses?
What do you get when you take the tranquil Hudson Valley of New York and add four serial killers, a mass murderer, and a handful of other men and women with guns, knives, and axes, who have homicidal tendencies? You get a fascinating history of unthinkable criminal acts perpetrated against spouses, family members, and complete strangers in a region where still to this day, some people don't even lock their doors. The cases in this book span over a century, and occur in quiet, rural areas, and in bustling town centers. These homicides were committed by both genders, and by people ranging in age from a teen to a senior citizen. The murderers were both highly educated and intelligent, as well as those who were most decidedly not either. In other words, there is no discernible pattern, no cookie cutter description of who is capable of committing these brutal crimes. The next murderer or serial killer could be anyone; your boss, your neighbor, your brother, your best friend, or your wife. Perhaps after reading this book, you'll make sure all of your doors are locked.
Just as the Hudson Valley of New York is beginning to rebuild from the zombie apocalypse, a new threat emerges that threatens to destroy everyone in its path. Dr. Rebecca "Becks" Truesdale must face an old enemy, deal with a crushing loss, and put herself in grave danger in order to combat this threat both in the lab and on the battlefield. This is the third in the HVZA series, and is set in New York City, the Hudson Valley, and Albany, New York, where Zimmermann once again brings frightening realism to her story of ordinary people struggling to survive.
The 13th volume in Linda Zimmermann''s gripping Ghost Investigator series featuring her personal cases. Highlights include Museum Village in Monroe, NY, historic homes, and isolated church, an abandoned doctor''s office, and a firehouse where the former fireman still watch over the living.
This is the fourth volume in the series of Ghost Investigator books, containing true stories of haunted places in New York and New Jersey. The author has personally investiagted many of the sites, bringing a unique, firsthand perspective to the frightening world of ghost hunting.
