Addressed to all those going through a conflict situation, It's Time For Mediation focuses on an alternative dispute solution. From the perspective of its regulation as an independent procedure with rules recognized at the legislative level, mediation is a relatively new procedure both at the European and global level. Anyone who wants to solve a dispute quickly and harmoniously can be a beneficiary of mediation. This book aims to reveal how mediation works and the role of the mediator with examples from all over the world but emphasizing Romanian legislation. It also highlights the aspects that validate mediation as a conflict resolution method perfectly adapted to these times, as it resolves conflicts not only by saving money and time but also by reducing emotional consumption. You will understand how mediation finds solutions that satisfy both parties, and in what situations it can intervene with optimal results

Bara Cohen grew up in a non-practicing Jewish home, was a child prodigy with an unusual love of plants, but now, at the age of twenty-one, is the youngest professor of physics at Yale University in America, and a bordering atheist. And yet, Bara wanted to believe that there is more to life than mere scientific facts. Facts, he knew, which often must be adjusted as new discoveries are made. At the age of fourteen Bara had an unexpected vision which made him fear for his sanity, but rather resulted in a change of studies, from botany to physics. A call from Michael, an older friend who used to study botany with him, led to them going to Israel, where, in a most unusual manner, Bara came across a treasure buried in the side of a riverbank. It was an ancient ring with an inscription in an archaic form of the already archaic Paleo-Hebrew on the inside. This ring with its unusual inscription would put Bara on an exhilarating journey discovering the amazing hidden mystery of the Story of Creation in Bereisheet of the Jewish Torah, or Genesis 1 in the Christian Holy Bible. Thanks to the ring Bara found, he, together with Doctor Abdiel Ben-Ezra, a Messianic-Jew, and head of Archaeology at Jerusalem Museum, and later joined by Shesh Yamim, a student of Doctor Ben-Ezra, found a completely new way of looking at the Story of Creation, which left them breathtakingly stunned right from the start. Bara's name means "he (meaning the masculine God) created, or creating," and Bara ended up where you never thought he'd be...!

This interesting essay, developed with a philosophical approach, has the advantage of crossing and taking inspiration from various disciplines for the understanding of some very topical contemporary phenomena. Analyzing some authors of classical Western philosophy and comparing them with other thinkers from other geographical areas (among them some intellectuals of Islamic current), the author confronts the reader with a great reflection on how we see the world today, often influenced by the powerful communication weapon represented by the WEB. Through the use of simple examples, it will be almost natural to understand that phenomena such as extremism (described as a blatant phenomenon against the difficulties of life and the problems of societies), common sense, justice, populism are innate in man's ability to relate to each other, emerging in a sort of sense a common destiny of human beings.

Happy Moments, is a collection of small stories that apparently seem to be disconnected. But Connor, Corbet, Eric, Gabriela, Ingrid, Jake, Lawrence, Lea and Sheyenne, share a common value: their family ties and friendship, that are so important in the growth of a person. These characters, reflecting the experience and the background of the Author, do not care about physical appearance, but live and coexist with the security that even a flaw can hide a special ability, a personal genius, in a sense the acceptance of ourselves.

This psychological thriller is inspired by true stories. An extremely brave woman finds herself in a challenging dilemma. Facing mental health issues, she needs to get out of a noxious environment. Ezra is a happy young woman who hopes to one day meet Prince Charming. You know, the one who is handsome, polite, brave, romantic, looking for his true love! Shortly after her wedding, she is quickly disillusioned. She finds out he is nothing of a prince. He is somehow linked to a secret society. People who are in close contact with this group have shown similar strange behaviors. The symptoms vary from memory loss, confusion, fatigue, mental breakdown and panic attacks. They all experienced intense fear. What happened? When Ezra turns to her prince for help, she soon discovers she is in for a long ride. Worried about her children, and their safety at stake, she must make a difficult decision. Stay and maintain a rich lifestyle, and suffer, or leave but fight. As Aristotle said, he who has overcome his fears will truly be free. Short sentences, short paragraphs, for easy reading. With a mixture of action and reflections in the minds of the aggressors (who all have devils names) and victims, The Silent Force references some actual cases of honor crimes, strange syndromes such as the so-called "Havana Syndrome", and murders by poisoning which are chilling. It is also an incredible message of hope for anyone caught in the clutches of a domineering family, victim of domestic violence, or in any toxic relationship. A thriller to read, with a single mantra: There is always a way!

Is it still possible to write something new and valuable about the Revelation? The subject of Revelation has always been an intriguing one for both believers and non-believers who, for centuries, have devoted themselves to studying and examining it. Consequently, many scholars have shared their view about it but, almost all of them, appear to be in contrast with one another. Indeed, never in time existed a continuous interpretation as every reader approaches the text from a distinct perspective. Nonetheless, it has always been evident that the key to Revelations lies within the pages of the Holy Scriptures. With this notion in mind, The Book For Our Time! - a translation of the original manuscript published in 1872 - was written in order to research and understand along with readers, to find the true end and fulfilment of Revelation and, in so doing, bring a sense of purpose to those who read it.

Everyone in life coped with the turbulence of Love. This beautiful collection of poems, structured in four parts, opens with a powerful incipit: a broken and agonizing heart. Pages after pages you will find a poet that reappears on her strength at a certain moment: My tides will sew you back together wave by wave.... We leave to the reader the fantasy of discovering growth and catharsis, with that bittersweet taste of asking oneself: who are we really in the turbulence of Love? Is the Heart really a Liar?

In this intellectually seducing highly introspective erotic novel and existential testament Cosmin Stefan Georgescu takes us on the life's journey of a covert Alpha Male (but not only) exploring the multiplicity of the human psyche and labyrinthine spectrum of manly desires from the coming-of-age phase to the young self-aware libertine adventurer to the finally disenchanted mature man conscious of his own and of the human nature limits. In his new ingenuously open-hearted literary journey, he makes peace with his own contradictions and gives a compassionate look at the complexities of human nature establishing a fine balance between self-awareness, narcissistic contemplation and objective observation of detailed reality. In his novel women's bodies and intimate body parts and diversified heterosexual interaction become poetry and source of endless inspiration. This is a rare must-read for those not afraid to wander into forbidden realms of the senses and to spiral cerebral journeys enriched by ponderings and sexual depiction of the most intrinsic analytical nature.Cosmin Stefan Georgescu Born in Romania, in 1971. From an early age he was fascinated by words. He liked listening to his parents reading him bedtime stories, he used to learn a lot of poems by heart and recite them proudly. His first models were his parents, both of them teachers. However, Cosmin did not follow in his parents' footsteps and decided to become a doctor. He graduated from Carol Davilla Medical University in Bucharest in 1997. In 2015 he went to France and ever since he has been living and working there. He wrote and published the following books in Romania, the UK and France: The Kiss that Severs Us, Advice I Would Give to No One, Aphorisms Made at Giurgiu, The Tin Ring, Letters to God returned to sender, Conseils que je ne donnerais à personne, The Maiorescunians, Full-moon above the Vosges, Animus in Anima. Hence, I am happy to share with you my latest story that will make part of the trilogy. This story is about cute bugs and the mysterious disappearance of their shoes. This plot will inspire sharing and caring amongst the kids. It is written for the kids of toddlers' age.At this age, it happens that children take other people's things. And this story will teach them about how to apologize and care. The caterpillar that took the shoes apologized and returned them. Also, the story shows the kindness of the spider who came to help her, not like all beetles, who were only busy with themselves and their work. I am sure this story will inspire kids to be empathetic and kind.My name is Olga Oprunenco, and I am from Moldova. I graduated from the Fine Art Academy of Chisinau. I have collaborated with Scholastic Asia as an illustrator. This was an extremely inspiring experience that convinced me to work as both author and illustrator. I am a proud mother of two great boys and a beautiful girl. Also, I love teaching art to children.FacebookTwitterCondividi

Then, one day, she accidentally finds an old box containing some papers and diaries, all belonging to Alice Scholten, a girl her age, who happened to live in the house many years before her. By reading Alice's old diaries, Ilse immediately understands that something deep links her to the unknown Alice as they seem to share a "sixth sense" as well as other things that, so far, Ilse tagged as simple "oddities". This discovery comforts Ilse and makes her so bold as to go searching for Alice, now an old lady. From the moment they met, nothing will be the same for Ilse, as thanks to Alice, she finds she is a psychic, a useful gift but that needs to be understood first; something that requires both motivation and a deep knowledge of her own strength...Eva Van Baar is the pseudonym of the acclaimed author of "Alter Ego," "Nothing Outside You," and "There's a Message for You". In 2015, she was nominated for the Nobel Prize for her book "Ilse". For her stories, Eva Van Baar gets inspiration from her everyday life. There are not only Stars in the Sky tells the story of Antonio, the main character, portrayed as a solitary and isolated "guardian of the world" with higher responsibility and purpose. In the book there are described Antonio's thoughts and desires. However, these desires are often overshadowed by feelings of shame or fear, also struggling with his own consciousness. In the deteriorated world Antonio lives in, people no longer smile and lack morals and honour. On one hand, Antonio is confronted with unusual and confusing situations painting a picture of a character who is somewhat disconnected from the world and facing various challenges and uncertainties. On the other hand, we learn from him what friendship, trust and sacrifice are.V. White. I was born on 2 December 1974 in the town of Gabrovo, Bulgaria. I started writing poems when I was 10 years old. Later, I made many attempts to write books, but I gave up. My works have been published in many Bulgarian periodicals, forums, and online platforms. In 2019, I finished my first novel - "Dead Love". At the time I did not expect it to become a series. Its genre is fantasy. Three of its parts have been published so far, with a fourth coming in a few months. "There are not only stars in the sky" is another story inspired by strong feelings. It was released on the market in Bulgaria in 2022 and there will be no sequel.I am currently working on a new book, again a fantasy. I plan to write another fantasy novel after it, of course an unconventional one, as are all my stories. In life, I am quite an ordinary man, with a small circle of friends. I love silence and nature. Single.

She grew up in North London amongst a fair deal of colour prejudice. She soon found she had a natural flair for languages which became apparent in her later years at school and has now come to the fore. Her Christian faith, love of people, adoption of two daughters and care for their well-being through serious personal traumas over the years brought her to a place of using her gifting in writing to release emotion and enable others to do the same.Dawn's once fine art skills disappeared after her battle with major oesophageal cancer in 2013. What she found she could not do with a paintbrush anymore seemed to accelerate her ability to write and she has been encouraged by numerous people to publish what now has become Healing Words her heartfelt and touching poetry collection.

Can the sight of a fly landing on a rock lead to the realisation of the ephemerality of existence? For Clem, it can. He is in his forties, he drives a taxi in Cork, and he lives in waiting: waiting to earn more money, waiting to finish his book of poems, waiting to move to Madrid - the promised land - where he hopes to open a bar and start living for real. And while he waits, he thinks. A lot.Reading this book, we soon find ourselves floating in a complex stream of consciousness featuring cosmic journeys, epiphanies, cold wars fought online with ex-girlfriends, and a good dose of self-sabotage. In the midst of all this, a single, obsessive question keeps coming back with haunting insistence - the only question worth asking: What is the meaning of life? Colm Michael O'Driscoll was born in 1971 in Ireland. He has had a passion for writing from an early age, developing a unique forthright style by composing multitudes of poems and scripts in his bedroom throughout his teenage years.
