Many people whom I have come across working in sales tell me that sales is the most challenging professions to be in. In this book you will be able to understand very clearly what sales is, what are the dos and don'ts in selling. When you complete reading this book you will become a through professional in sales. When I started my career in sales two decades ago, the training that was provided to me both on the product and the selling skills was imparted to me by my manager, yes I did learn from him and went ahead and executed what he asked me to do without any questions asked. Yes it worked for me as I believe it would have for many of you. Having said this I did not really know if that is how it was really supposed to happen? was this the best ways of selling. The most important thing that was running in my head was why am I supposed to do it the way I was asked to do it? I mostly did not get an answer to that question, the question of "why" am I supposed to do it this way? as I moved into training and development in my carrier I was forced to ask this question to myself. I started seeking answers to questions that I didn't not have an answer to when I was in sales. I did this because my role as a trainer demanded me to do this. This made me uncover more information about sales and selling. The art part of selling along with the science part of selling. Then I went on to execute several training program's on sales and selling skills across the country for more than a decade. I thoroughly enjoyed my stint as a corporate trainer this decade of experience in sales training made me understand that immaterial of the industry that you work in, the selling process is all the same only with minor changes done. Once you complete reading this book you will be ready to sell any product or service.

Is this story written just for me...?If yes, then why am I a part of this story? If not, then why do I exist in this story?I have to find answers to countless questions and I believe that...Everyone has a story, a story, but it is ""special"" among thousands of stories, and perhaps I am a part of such a special story, I have a special story. But this story is not only special but it is a mysterious story full of secrets which starts with the name of "Rahasya"…which is me and this is my story, the story of that part of my life which is very difficult for me. And every difficulty did not teach me anything except one sentence - "Tumhari kahani tumhi ne likhi hai".

I have some spaces in my heart where nobody could have entered. There is no purpose of writing poems. I even dont understand poetry. What intelligent people will think of my wrting, will they take it as poems or somethink like poems, I leave it on them. I have collected around fifty poems of varying moods. All those have been written in nearly or more than twenty years timespan at diffrent places, facing different situations. I feel a poem has many ways to look through. One of course is that what remains in the feelings or mind at the time of writing. There is one additional which gets added when one reads his or her own writing after sometime. Every poem gives different meanings and feelings to different readers as well. What you explore out of my poems, I will be waiting to be told. In the generation of social media, where everyone has been bound to write something which can be made into one post, has impacted me in the same way as others have been complaining about.

An attempt has been made to understand the real nature of the world through this book. Here the universe is not only a collection of matter, but the world is the combined form of matter and consciousness. In this discussion both matter and consciousness are accepted here as eternal and important. The universe is a system.he elements of the system are eternal. But the system is not eternal.Elements of a system are arranged in different proportions and in different arrangements, resulting in phenomena like creation, destruction and evolution. As the nature of the universe is both inanimate and conscious, so the change in the universe is simultaneously mechanical and planned. The equal participation of mechanical and planned causes in change has helped to maintain an overall balance in nature. Because if the change was only due to mechanical reasons, freedom of will could not be established. If the change on the other side was only planned, there would be extreme uncertainty in the world. In addition to discussing the nature of the universe, this book discusses the nature of the individual, the relationship between the individual and nature. In this book, the individual and the nature are considered non-dual. Here, the individual is considered as a small version of the larger nature. The individual is a small replica of a large system.
