The Encyclopaedia Judaica has twenty-one pages listed under: Angels and Angelology. Surprised? Author Mary E. Carter was. Researching further, she discovered that many Jewish scholars, rabbis, and commentators have wrestled with angels over the centuries. To believe or not to believe: that was the question. But why bother to ponder and then to write so much if you do NOT believe in something? Enter Chava, an artist and writer, and Hannah-Naomi, a real Guardian Angel and now a guest in Chava's studio. Together they will ponder the ups and downs of angels and angelology in Jewish life. Did this really happen?

The AuthenticistImpact - of Young Women - in the Corporate SectorThis booklet is also designed to be read by young men, as well as older women and men and anyone in the corporate world. Our masculine societies, as seen in corporations Positioning and the reactions of women Feminine-the ability to choose kindness A practical approach to raising consciousness What comes next? A paradigm shift from feminist to authenticist can occur.Being authentically feminine is important in the patriarchal corporate cultures of many contemporary, democratic societies. The more challenging path benefits both the individual and society as a whole. It will be elaborated based on personal experience, specifically on women's positioning, after beginning as a young woman in the global corporate sector and pursuing a career. In a nutshell, it will be shown how raising consciousness is the first step toward progress. In the pursuit of the truth the following is specifically directed at young women in this field to help them see their impact, which is greater than they may realize. The perspective on the actual situation in this area is purely motivational. This implementation aims to address the root causes of current imbalances. Everyone, especially women, is the addressee. Furthermore, it is not about the accusation and pure observation with insights from various sources, looking practice-related onwards into the existing societal situation. Over and above is the associated wish of continuous progress for all of us. 20 pages Copyright 2022 by Layda Christine LAYDA b, Authenticist TMOne-model concept design, sustainability & societal communications@laydabshoe #thelaydab laydab.com

But his wife Mavis and her new friend Mary have a better idea. And in Valkyries, a German officer in the First World War tells his friend the story of how he was airlifted to Valhalla - but the experience turned out not to be quite as advertised in the Aryan press.

Lagos was already POSSESSED by Britain when in 1862, Henry Pelham-Clinton, Duke of Newcastle and Secretary of State for Colonies agonised; he worried that "the original sin of taking possession of Lagos" would lead to meddling by force of arms of the British government. He couldn't have realised how prophetic his concerns would be. From 1851 up till 1906, the British Imperial Navy and its collaborators would use force and random justice to achieve this possession, and more - it would ultimately lead to a forced amalgamation of the Lagos Colony, firstly to a Niger coast (Southern) protectorate, and then with the Northern protectorate, in 1914. Along the 1.vay, the story of brave individual and collective struggle against imperial control reveals the heroism, courage and defiance of the Lagos Africans in order to resist domination at first, and then to survive its consequences -The Crown Colony of Lagos. This is a new and revealing this of hidden accounts, court evidence, testimony and papers of enquiry, showing how colonization employed "law and justice" to achieve its pernicious objectives -changing the course and African society.

How did Nigeria come to be a nation?Over the course of fifty-four years, till the eve of Independence, eight colonial proconsul Governors for the British Empire pitched wit, passion and guile against under-celebrated, sometimes everyday Nigerians: Ahmadu Attahiru I, the Sokoto Caliph and his cavalry, who violently resisted British ouster and occupation, Eleko and the Lagos Chieftains, Who first claimed they would "rather die than pay tax"; Nwanyeruwa of Oloko and her intelligent trio who said, "We will not pay tax till the world ends"; the scores of women of Opobo who led the women's war against taxation; Alimotu Pelewura and the market women who would not "sell their country" for personal gain, but instead asked for free trade; Michael Imoudu and his workers' union, who paralysed the nation's economy under a general strike for native workers' rights and equality; Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti and the Abeokuta Women's Union, who demanded native participation in government and seamen's liberation; and the miners of Iva Valley, Enugu, including the twenty-one killed, echo mounted a go-slow strike for equal treatment and respect for natives in their work place. This is a story of Nigeria's history as well as the history of Nigeria s story. The other story!
