Many years ago I befriended a family who became the subject of one of Western Australia's most enduring and perplexing missing persons mysteries.Ask any investigator, be they a detective or journalist who has looked into this case, and all will tell you their questions have been met with a curious silence regarding those involved. It is like you are standing on the edge of a cliff throwing rocks into a deep dark chasm - you hear the stones bounce off the walls but you don't hear them hit the bottom. You call out but no one answers. You peer over the edge but see only darkness.Sometimes the only way you are going to get the full story is to jump off that cliff. This writer can relay what is down there but he won't, because from where you stand you will only misunderstand him and perhaps even call him a liar. What I do ask is that you now jump with me. It's the only way you might come to make sense of what I'm about to tell you.
Her eyes looked deep into mine searching their depths and then together we looked up. In the timelessness of a sigh we let go as the living torch of love between us flared. The clouds of confusion and obscurity were dissolved and the light of Love divine glowed around us as a wave of ecstasy rippled and pulsed through us. She cried out in tears of joy: "I remember!"
In The Light Of Sol is a collection of short stories, poems and essays by Warren Sunkar. This book highlights the need for change in a world of deceptive appearances. Powerful poetry with touches of humour and gentleness throughout the writings, the reader will not be the same after reading this book.
In a sweet void of timelessness, awash in a frequency of bliss I stayed raptured. There is only a blurred remembrance of this experience yet I was deeply and inherently coherent throughout this beautiful process of inwardly familiar cosmic re-orientation.
A collection of short stories, poems and essays by Warren Sunkar.A journey of awakening and spirit. This is a beautiful and world weary work that sounds a call to the soul within us all. These fragments of a spiritual journey inspire the heart to a truth that lies behind the periphery of humanity's vision. As the world changes epoch and the human race comes to the true remembrance of who and what they are in this vast universe, these words will stand as a testament to the great change of the ages.
