National Security Theory posits that the international strategic environment is harsh, uncertain, intolerant, and dangerous; consequently, it requires a deliberate and comprehensive strategy that includes all functional sectors of the state in order to generate the elements of national power necessary to achieve defense purposes. Methodologically, there are three motives that establish the general basis of National Security Theory and at the same time serve as basic drivers for the development of comprehensive concepts and ideas on the issue of multi-sectoral national security, defined as socio-strategic fragility, socio-strategic power, and socio-strategic defense. It is a conceptual system and an operational combination directed towards containing the primary roots of the multi-faceted threats.
Software bugs that result in memory corruption are a common and dangerous feature of systems developed in certain programming languages. Such bugs are security vulnerabilities if they can be leveraged by an attacker to trigger the execution of malicious code. Determining if such a possibility exists is a time consuming process and requires technical expertise in a number of areas. Often the only way to be sure that a bug is in fact exploitable by an attacker is to build a complete exploit. It is this process that we seek to automate. We present a novel algorithm that integrates data-flow analysis and a decision procedure with the aim of automatically building exploits. The exploits we generate are constructed to hijack the control flow of an application and redirect it to malicious code.

It was proved that the philosophy of the word should be the basis of the literary education of the school based on the ancient history of Turkestan education and advanced modern pedagogical views.
The generating of surfaces by enwrapping has been a continuing concern of researchers and technologists due to the advantages of this mode of generating. Analyzing these methods for the study of reciprocally enwrapping surfaces, it was noted that they have a high degree of mathematical rigor and can sometimes prove difficult to apply. In order to avoid these shortcomings, a new and innovative method is presented called the ¿virtual pole¿ method, which allows analytical profiling of tools that generate by enwrapping by the rolling method, avoiding the need to write the equations of relative movements between the tool and the part. The results of this work were supported by the Doctoral School of ¿Dun¿rea de Jos¿ University of Galäi (SCDS-UDJG) and by the project ANTREPRENORDOC, in the framework of Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2014-2020, financed from the European Social Fund under the contract number 36355/23.05.2019 HRD OP /380/6/13 - SMIS Code: 123847.Also the funding of this book will be supported by the applied research contract with economic agents from Romania, no. 809/29.09.2023.

This book is important as it sheds light on those individuals who have been educated in their countries and after they have completed their studies, decide to move to foreign countries to further their studies hence decide to remain in the host country after competing studies. There are many reasons to believe that migration of skilled individuals makes it difficult to the countries of origin and to the communities, because they cannot retain their ¿best brightest minds¿ and maintain a high intellectual standard as result of migration. It is worth noting that if the majority of intellectuals migrate, it is going to be difficult for the young and upcoming professionals who want to follow the same career to get the best training and work experience and still remain in home countries that desperately need these skills to advance their economy. Not only do the country of origin loses its intellectual standard, but its tax paying capability is reduced which may lead up to a higher taxation to make up for those who have migrated.
In this study, researchers focused on selecting Bambusa Arundinaceae (Bamboo) and Euphorbia Hirta plants for synthesizing silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). These plants were chosen for their diverse medicinal properties. The FTIR analysis provided valuable information about the structure of the synthesized nanoparticles, confirming the presence of characteristic bands associated with silver nanoparticles in both Bamboo and Euphorbia samples. These bands indicated the formation of stable AgNPs and suggested the involvement of specific functional groups from the plant extracts in the reduction and stabilization process. The antimicrobial activity of the synthesized AgNPs was also evaluated against pathogenic organisms. The results demonstrated potential antimicrobial efficacy for both Bamboo and Euphorbia nanoparticles. However, further investigations are needed to elucidate the exact mechanism underlying their antimicrobial activity. In summary, this study successfully synthesized silver nanoparticles using an eco-friendly approach by employing Bamboo and Euphorbia leaf extracts as reducing agents.
Part five of the serial exposition entitled "Total Daily Life Philosophy (TDLP)" delineates a continuation of the delineative endeavor aimed at demarcating the contours and establishing the developmental phases inherent in philosophical inquiry. Philosophy, herein conceptualized as an enduring river, evinces a persistent flow, carrying forth a stream of cogitation marked by continuity and the rejuvenation of intellectual thought. The nomenclature "Total Daily Life Philosophy" (TDLP) was first introduced several years prior, concomitant with the author's inaugural contribution to the Dialogo journal in the year 2019. This conceptual framework may be construed as a nascent branch within the expansive domain of philosophy, wherein the philosopher aspires to articulate a comprehensive spectrum of perspectives germane to the multifaceted dimensions of human existence.Within this installment, the exploration of TDLP remains an uninterrupted trajectory, wherein philosophy manifests as a compendium of perspectives and dialogues, contributing to the ongoing discourse within the philosophical realm.
Speech is a weapon. This weapon can easily destroy but is also an instrument of noble work. Speech constructs because it educates, straightens and forms. The work gives itself the merit of raising up a problem which concerns Congolese institutions in their diversities including the State, the school, university, family, media, etc. in order to regulate the relationship between integration into a society modern and the conservation of the ancestral values of people. The study aims to examine and circumscribe both the positive and negative effects produced by the Novelas series on young people in the age group of 8 to 12 years on a moral and educational level. The impact of Western media also insinuates freedom to the extreme ignoring all aspects of modesty and/or taboo.

Knowledge of the basic principles of dental occlusion and the masticatory system is vital for every dental student and dentist. Therefore, functional assessment and examination of occlusion should be considered and carried out on a routine basis. In restorative dentistry, when a patient attends a dental clinic for treatment, the required treatment may involve a small or major alteration in the occlusal surfaces of the teeth. Occlusal considerations are very important in the field of restorative dentistry. Ideal occlusion treatments can be carried out using a conformative approach. An advanced restorative treatment plan involving the re-organised occlusal approach is more complicated and is a major challenge for restorative dentists. Assessment and consideration of TMJ are essential in any occlusal planning for any restorative treatment. The successful outcome of treatment involving occlusal considerations depends upon the skill of the dentist and the technician, and also the treatment planning.
In recent times, the issue of Underutilized Tree Species has become a subject for discussion in national, international and academic circles. Underutilized or abandoned tree species are all tree in the wild that are locally abundant, but globally rare and are undervalued, that is their current public and private value is below their potential. Furthermore, there is little or lack of research and information on these. Knowledge of these tree species and their uses are often unknown to younger generations due to poor transfer of these facts from the older generation hence the under utilization or total abandonment of the same. This book underscores the need to document these information to provide the needed data for future research and the harnessing of the inert potentials of these species.

Cadmium pollution is a significant environmental issue in many developing countries. Cadmium is a toxic heavy metal that is released into the environment through various industrial processes, including mining, smelting, and manufacturing. It is also found in fertilizers and can contaminate soil and water sources. One of the main sources of cadmium pollution in developing countries is the lack of strict regulations and enforcement of environmental standards. Many industries in these countries operate with outdated technologies and inadequate pollution control measures, leading to the release of cadmium and other pollutants into the air, water, and soil. The mining industry is a major contributor to cadmium pollution in developing countries. Improper waste disposal and lack of containment measures result in the release of cadmium-containing waste into nearby rivers and streams, contaminating water sources and affecting aquatic life. Artisanal and small-scale gold mining, in particular, is a significant source of cadmium pollution as it often involves the use of mercury, which can lead to the formation of cadmium compounds.
Pollination is a vital aspect of plant reproduction and a co-adaptive feature in the field of evolution of plant and pollinators. the features of plants especially flowers are evolved to attract pollinators thereby, attain better traits to exploit floral resources of the plant . In today¿s world, Cyber security has become an important leap in the form of jobs, education. But the reality is that only a few are aware of the major web vulnerabilities. Some statistical studies show that small scale industries are directly and indirectly connected to the world of the internet, but they are not aware of the major web vulnerabilities of their web application. Since website hosting has become common nowadays, most of the web applications are prone to attacks and malicious attacks of web applications. Assessing and avoiding these vulnerabilities require deep knowledge of these vulnerabilities. There are numerous online scanners available on the Internet that provides only paid limited service. The tools are made in a way that it can only operate in command line interface or in any programming language. So it is a difficult task for a normal person to operate the scanners without previous knowledge. This paper presents a vulnerability scanner that scans the website and detects specific vulnerabilities, along with its location and solution. The vulnerabilities that the scanner considers are: SQL injection, cross site scripting.
