With the central role of energy in society, a political debate on how energy should be distributed has been ongoing. The debate between "Centralized" and "Decentralized" energy systems is explored. The different decentralization solutions are presented in detail on different sources of energy as well as the combined push for renewable resources which has come alongside it. This book takes on different technologies for decentralization of renewable energy such as solar, wind and hydro energies. The method of energy storage is also explored. Decentralized energy production and generation is presented. The residual heat loss in engines and airplanes is described along with the solution of combined heat and power generation from waste heat produced by conventional energy production methods.
