In this book we analyze the topic of Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) from a new perspective. The topic of restriction of polyexistentials andWestern IPR are one and the same. Yet, the concept of polyexistentials has notappeared in prior discussions of this topic. This is the very first time thatthe concept and the word "polyexistetials" are being introduced.Knowledge, know-how, uses of know-how, ideas and information are inherentlynon-scarce. They are polyexistentials. Unlike monoexistentials which exist insingular, polyexistentials naturally exist in multiples and are inherently notscarce. What is abundant in nature is being made artificially scarce throughman-made ownership rules called copyright and patents. These ownership rulesthen permit a certain group which usually take the form of corporations toeconomically profit from these unnatural and economically motivated artificialscarcities. The model of polyexistence makes it easy to demonstrate that theconcept of Intellectual Property is invalid. This proof is based on logic thatis rooted in nature of existence and nature of possession and the requirementfor ownership to be in harmony with nature of possession and existence.Having rejected the Western IPR regime as an erroneous model for govenrnance ofpolyexistentials, we introduce the Libre-Halaal model of governance ofpolyexistentials towards facilitating conviviality of tools. We then focus onthe digital world and introduce the The Libre-Halaal By* (ByStar) DigitalEcosystem, as a moral alternative to the existing proprietary American digitalecosystem.Equipped with a multidisciplinary blueprint, we offer our initialimplementation of the ByStar digital ecosystem as a starting point towardsconcrete solutions. Todays's American Internet is mostly a business construct. The current basic model of Internet is rooted in the rise-of-the-middle model ofcorporations exploiting the individual. The engineering architecture of theproprietary internet application services is very central. Proprietary Americancorporations the likes of Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft and Apple arepositioned in the middle and monitor, control and expolit citizens of the world. The engineering architecture of Libre-Halaal ByStar Digital Ecosystem isdistinctly different. The multidisciplinary blue print that we have provided canbe the basis for de-Americanization, de-IPR-ization and redecentralization ofinternet application services. The existing capitalist model for monoexistentials is generallycorrect, in both philosophical and economic terms. But the extension of themonoexistential capitalist model into the domain of polyexistentials, based onthe Western IPR regime, is a grave mistake. To address this mistake of AmericanCapitalism, we introduce the model of Global Polyexistential Capitalism as anAttribution Based Economy towards correcting the existing IPR rooted OwnershipBased Economy of American Capitalism. Deep understanding of the strategy that weoutline in this book, makes it clear that Polyexistential American Capitalism isvery vulnerable. Our ultimate goal for all of this has been to influencesocietal policies towards adoption of halaal mannerof-existence ofpolyexistentials. We recognize that adoption of such societal policies inAmerica is likely not possible and their adoption in the West is likely verydifficult. Therefore, we focus on Eastern societies in general and Iran andChina in particular. It is only through full rejection of Western IPR regime andits deep roots in Americanism that humanity can be rescued.
I am a victim of my own lies, and the doctors didn't stop me. I'm not the only one. I've seen my peers face suicide, overdose, transition, and live their social lives on screens. Gen Z suffers disintegration of the nuclear family, hypersexualization, and emasculation. We are lost. We float in the internet. Screens and the Ego intersperses true stories and fiction to meditate on our confusion. While we use the language of mental health to describe our personalities and our sadness, my Arab grandma still uses the language of the soul. I wrote this book to mourn my generation's loss of that concept. I wrote this book to reclaim my soul.

Born into a turbulent and dysfunctional family-and surrounded by adults who were regularly using marijuana, alcohol, cocaine, heroin and crystal meth-Nick Terry TNT bounced around the Pacific Northwest throughout the 1980s, going to 13 different schools before being expelled in 10th grade. By his teens, Nick had entered a life of addiction and crime and was desperate to escape before ending up dead or in prison. To avoid pending legal charges, Nick fled to Hawaii where he became a father-but his unchecked drug use continued to eat away at his life and family. After multiple attempts at sobriety through traditional treatment and 12-Step recovery, Nick found success through full surrender and commitment to the process-but after four years of sobriety, he hit a wall. A breakthrough came when he discovered breathwork, which he came to believe is the missing piece of the recovery puzzle. In Breath of Life: Finding Long-Term Recovery with Breathwork and Stepwork, Nick shares how he transformed from wayward addict to breathwork and recovery life coach, and offers his holistic, much-needed perspective on how others can do the same. In homage to the Big Book of AA, Breath of Life is divided into sections explaining: - Nick's harrowing, decades-long battle with addiction and what turned it around - 8 spiritual principles of lasting recovery blending holistic teachings and traditional stepwork - A beginner's approach to breathwork and morning routines (used by Nick himself) - Firsthand stories from recovering addicts who have benefitted from Nick's approach - A breathwork appendix with conscious breathing, cyclical sighing and Breath of Life exercises (and more) In the end, Breath of Life draws on 12-Step teachings, ancient spiritual wisdom, modern science and Nick's raw life experience to forge an effective and holistic new recovery path. The result is a genre-defying, holistic recovery handbook that synthesizes all existing paradigms, all while adding a much needed breath of fresh air.
I. Packer, Profesor de Teología, Regent College
I wanted her.She was just two floors away from me here in my castle. And some piece of her-naïve and inexperienced-wanted me.The man who was doomed to die at her hand.I could mostly ignore that fact, now that I was used to her presence, and my intermittent lust. But I wondered if not telling her about it was a bigger betrayal than not telling her about my arrangement with her father. If she did manage her Ascension-and when she found out what that meant-then she would know the truth. That there hadn't been a moment, ever since we met, that I didn't see my death inside her eyes.I could only hope that the shame of her learning that would be absolved by a second realization: that I had loved her anyway.Break Her: A Dark Beauty and the Beast Fantasy Romance is the second book in the Transformation Trilogy, about Rhaim the All-Beast, a cruel beast mage doomed to die at the hands of the woman he must protect at all costs, and Lisane, the sheltered Princess of Tears, who has been given into his care and who needs him to teach her magic so she can be free-no matter how much it might hurt her.

Before man by dams and bridges conquered the might of the Red River, this potent boundary line between Texas and Oklahoma was a powerful force in the destinies of towns and their pioneer builders. In its rich valley lay the nucleus for great cities and large fortunes. It took a strong breed of people and communities to withstand nature's onslaughts-the sort of people about whom legends are bound to spring. Herein, gathered and recounted are stories of early Denison, Sherman, Paris, Bonham, Clarksville, Caddo Lake, and other Red River Valley places and people. These tales of northeast Texas, fraught with both beauty and danger, are indeed stranger and more entertaining than fiction.
