The monograph demonstrates that the books of Samuel-Kings are a result of highly creative reworking of Deuteronomy. This reworking consists of almost 2000 strictly sequentially organized, conceptual, and at times, also linguistic correspondences between Samuel-Kings and Deuteronomy. They explain numerous surprising features of Samuel-Kings.

Reformulation studies offer a recent debate on reformulation and its semasiological-onomasiological treatment.

The book will contribute to the development of health sciences and the quality of patient care, with a total of 14 scientific original research articles of which eight are on physiotherapy and rehabilitation, five on nursing, and one on health management.

The prospective release addresses the relation between faith and reason. Whereas faith goes with organised religion (the church with ist dogmas), reason goes with philosohy in the first place. In my undestanding, history is inventively illustrated in so far it is treated as a field where faith and reason contest one another.

Dabei werden Modelle der Erlebnisgenese und -bewertung vorgestellt, empirische Befunde zum Destinationserlebnis prasentiert sowie Aspekte zum Erlebnismarketing behandelt.

Das deutsche Recht sieht mit dem Pflichtteil eine bedarfsunabhängige Mindestbeteiligung am Erbe für Kinder, Ehepartner und Eltern vor. Im Gegensatz dazu gewährt des englische Recht Hinterbliebenen ermessensabhängige Ansprüche (family provision), die sich insbesondere nach der Bedürftigkeit richten. Die gesetzlichen Vorgaben beider Länder können jedoch jeweils nur allgemein die Interessen einzelner Familienangehöriger gegeneinander abwägen. In vielen Fällen ist daher eine vertragliche Ausgestaltung gewünscht. Gleichzeitig stellt sich bei Verträgen im familiären Kontext auch die Frage, wie eine in einer Nähebeziehung entstehende Verhandlungsdisparität rechtlich zu bewerten ist. Für Eheverträge hat die deutsche Rechtsprechung eine richterliche Inhalts- und Ausübungskontrolle im Rahmen der §§ 138 und 242 BGB entwickelt. Es wird nun diskutiert, ob dies auch auf den Pflichtteilsverzicht übertragbar ist.
