Die ¿Revolutionen des Geistes¿ und ihnen verwandte Bewegungen erklärten sich gern zu Erben der Renaissance, wohingegen die Verfechter des Konservatismus aller Art sich der Renaissance entgegenstemmten und in Ablehnung der mit ihr aufgekommenen Ansichten einander überboten.

Wie kann dieses Kirchenbild interpretiert werden? Was kann die Kirche für sich selbst aus der für sie nicht immer vorteilhaften Darstellung in der Boulevard-Zeitschrift lernen? Die Fragestellung ist umso spannender, wenn man bedenkt, dass die meistgekaufte Boulevardzeitschrift in der Slowakei gegenüber der Kirche meistens kritisch ist, wobei die überwiegende Mehrheit der slowakischen Bevölkerung sich zur dieser Kirche bekennt.
