Antropología de la naturaleza en la periferia (en prensa) es la segunda parte en donde dichas problemáticas básicas son reformuladas en términos de porvenir. El presente volumen, tercera parte del conjunto, es el desarrollo y expansión argumentativa en términos de mundo de dicha base conceptual y problemática. Y, por último, El pensamiento basura. Transitoriedad, materia, viaje y mundo periférico (2017) constituye la cuarta entrega que explora, basándose en un leading case, los alcances de los precedentes planteos a partir de los significados que el concepto de especulación posee en los colectivos humanos contemporáneos de la periferia. El propósito de este proyecto, del cual además este libro es su ilustración más extensa y variada, es establecer las bases de la noción de ámbito periférico como ecología/ambiente epistémico indispensable a la reflexión intelectual. Y por lo mismo como forma de entendimiento de lo especulativo con lo biosférico.
