Schließlich soll der geneigte Leser erfahren, durch wen, wie und wann ein durch § 2205 Satz 3 BGB evozierter Beschlussmangel prozessual geltend gemacht werden kann.

Der Band befasst sich mit der Frage, wie Lehnwörter sich zu Wörtern der eigenen Sprache entwickeln und durch welche lautlichen Prozesse sie sich so verändern, dass sie nicht mehr als fremd wahrgenommen werden. Der Sprachkontakt, der während des gesamten Mittelalters zwischen dem Arabischen und den iberoromanischen Sprachen bestand, ist besonders aufschlussreich, denn er hat eine Fülle von Lehnwörtern in einer ganzen Gruppe eng verwandter Sprachen hervorgebracht. Die Studie deckt die typologischen Unterschiede zwischen der Geber- und den Nehmersprachen auf und analysiert anhand zahlreicher Beispiele, auf welche Weise segmentale und strukturelle Merkmale in Lehnwörtern angepasst werden. Die Autorin arbeitet dabei sowohl sprachspezifische Auslöser als auch universelle Tendenzen heraus, die auch auf andere Sprachkontakte übertragbar sind.

In Betracht kommen ganz verschiedene Auslegungen. Umso erstaunlicher ist es, dass es dazu heute eine fast einhellige Auffassung gibt: Sie lautet, dass es grundsätzlich auf die Fälligkeit und den Zeitpunkt ankommen soll, in dem der Anspruch erstmals geltend gemacht und notfalls im Wege der Klage durchgesetzt werden kann. Ob diese Auffassung zutreffend ist, wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit eingehend untersucht.

This book explores the nature of poetic reading using a creative approach to understanding Old Norse poetry. It considers lacunae in the history, criticism and scholarly translations of Old Norse poetry into English through a poetic enactment, an epic poem and its companion reader, demonstrating critical approaches to Old Norse poetry and poetics.The poetic enactment analyses the complex relationship between historical gap and creative reader, the importance of the comprehension of literary objects as ideal or immutable, and the poetic construction of readable texts with particular reference to skaldic images. The poetic demonstration of scholarly approaches also raises a number of questions about poetic process and the role of composers, readers and historical contexts in Old Norse poetry. Analysing narrative-movement, diction, grammar, legend, the aural, the visual, authenticity, meaning and poetic objects as scripts, the author offers a theory of actual and virtual reading.

Zielsetzung des Essays ist eine umfassende Deutung der Erzählung «In der Strafkolonie» von Franz Kafka, die u.a. sprachkritische, historische, psychologische, kultur- und religionsphilosophische Analysen miteinbezieht, insgesamt also phänomenologisch und hermeneutisch vorgeht. Mit diesen Methoden gelingt es, in dieser Erzählung eine Kultur- und Religionsphilosophie aufzudecken, die Kafka auf indirekte Weise in seinen Text hineingearbeitet hat und sich am Thema «Religion und Gewalt» explizieren lässt.

En 2004 la publication de l¿ouvrage le Français sur Objectif Spéci¿que (FOS) avait permis d¿établir une distinction méthodologique entre le FOS et le français de spécialité et de faire émerger une démarche didactique prototypique de conception de formations en langue sur objectif spéci¿que. Cette démarche ¿gure depuis cette date dans la plupart des maquettes de formation des futurs enseignants de FLE inscrits dans les masters de didactique du FLE et aucun ouvrage théorique n¿a prolongé la ré¿exion menée sur cet axe didactique spéci¿que. Or depuis 2004 de nombreuses recherches en didactique du FOS / FOU ou dans des domaines scienti¿ques sollicités par le FOS, ont été développées et font évoluer le FOS vers une véritable ingénierie de formation intégrant des approches issues de la didactique professionnelle, la linguistique de corpus, la lexicométrie, l¿analyse du travail et l¿ergonomie, l¿analyse de discours spécialisés, l¿évaluation en langue et les référentiels de compétences.Cet ouvrage se propose de rassembler les apports des recherches menées actuellement et depuis 2004 en FOS, et donc de redé¿nir la portée, le périmètre et l¿impact de la démarche didactique qui a émergé en 2004. Die Autorin analysiert hierzu die Möglichkeiten, die ein Museum und hauptsächlich Kunst für den Unterricht haben kann und wie insbesondere der Deutsch als Fremdsprache-Unterricht mit Kunst verbunden werden kann. In einer Fallstudie analysiert die Autorin aus einer interdisziplinären, intermedialen und interkulturellen Perspektive die Kunst Wolf Vostells und sein auf der iberischen Halbinsel gelegenes Museum, welches aktiv und kreativ im DaF-Unterricht für und von Studierenden der Germanistik in Spanien eingesetzt werden soll.

This book explores marketing as a genuine component of religious traditions. It investigates the theme across a large historical and geographical area, and in a variety of expressions, ranging from 3rd BCE Maya stucco friezes, early Christian writings, and 9th CE Cambodian inscriptions, right down to modern-day propaganda and recruitment strategies adopted by the ISIS jihadi movement, Falun Gong, Muslim Varkaris, spirit mediums in India and Thailand, Thai Buddhist monasteries, and the Vatican. The book is unique in its theme and scope. The chapters were written without a single controlling agenda, but all emphasize the need to view our modern consumer society as only one among many historical conditions that have shaped religious marketing. In fact, it will become clear from reading through the chapters that marketing and propaganda are inherent in religions and their teachings. In der vorliegenden Studie werden orts- und raumbezogene Fragestellungen aus berufspädagogischen Perspektiven untersucht. Dabei steht im empirischen Teil eine exemplarische Betrachtung der Disparatheit öffentlicher berufsbildender Schulen in Schleswig-Holstein im Mittelpunkt. Analysiert werden ferner topologische Wechselwirkungen zwischen Räumen und Berufsbildungssystemen sowie daraus entstehende Folgerungen und Widersprüche, sodass ¿ trotz des interdisziplinären Charakters an den Nahtstellen von Raumsoziologie, Sozialgeographie und Berufsbildungsforschung ¿ eine genuin berufspädagogische Position entwickelt wird.
