This book deals with how we should deal with our enemies and those who hate us. It emphasizes the new testament passages of Jesus and how we should treat enemies. People when they are hurt, offended, or slighted by other people have a strong response to retaliate. God asks that we turn the other cheek. We are to love our enemies not hate them. Following God's will leads to happiness in our lives and better human relations.

The world today is greatly challenged and assaulted by various kinds of violence. The most embarrassing and, perhaps the most easily perpetrated form of violence, is the violence performed in the name of religion. Violence has been used to propagate religious causes; violence has equally been used to maintain the status quo ante; and yet violence pervades all three Abrahamic faiths. Religious violence as seen from this study is both interdenominational and intradenominational, as it is inter-religion. The author of this book argues that this phenomenon is not only depressing, it is a shame. He argues passionately that if the Abrahamic religions, which sadly record the highest cases of violence in the name of religion, can move toward achieving peace intradenominationally and then broker same peace interdenominationally, the sister religions could be at peace among themselves to the end of global terrorism."As a man always in search for answers, Dr. Kizito Osudibia aims, in this work, to inspire a way of overcoming the iniquitousness of violence in the name of religion. While acknowledging sometimes insignificant elements of violence in the many other religions of the world, the work turns to the monotheistic religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam-called here the Abrahamics-to lead the way since they all, look to the same root with Abraham. He recalls how each of the group holds the concept of peace ('shalom," "salam') as important. Urging that the peace, which they wish for, come from the heart, the book turns to the leaders of the Abrahamics to set the pace, which surely their adherents will follow to the betterment of the whole world" (Dr Uju Okeahialam; Colorado, USA)."I must congratulate Dr. Kizito Osudibia in this thought-provoking and innovative publication. Religion and the Global Resurgence of Violence: Connection of the Abrahamics is at well-researched chef d'oeuvre. It is scholarly, original, and above all, it is readable. Whether one agrees with Dr. Osudibia's arguments, in parts or in totality, it would require more than a mere wave of the hand to dismiss the facts, information, and arguments presented herein" (Edward Kim, PhD).

Fashion is universal and inborn. It is part of our daily lives and manifests itself in many ways; as such, we must be more aware of it, even making it more aware of its roles. Candid about Couture is essentially me thinking out loud and navigating life by using fashion and its subtleties. As an extension of our bodies but not the definition, it has far-reaching consequences and implications that are influenced by time, space, heritages, and cultures. In this book, I talk about how fashion can function like a spectacle and is meant to transcend the idea of having a singular theme; it has multiple, and they are the intersection of fashion and culture and the idea that fashion can be mobilized for good or bad: it's our choice!

The Police Inspector-General is a thrilling fictional account of daily occurrences in a typical African police institution. It paints the picture of how social ills like corruption, sycophancy, superstition, greed, intrigues, sexual immorality and more importantly tribalism and partisan politics can rip apart and plunge the police force into a state of total chaos and eventual collapse. The excessive politicization of a police organization often leads to the emergence of an unholy alliance between some top brass of the police force and the seat of political power, the State House. Dissenting voices are ruthlessly stifled or silenced. In some cases, they become the victims of State sponsored covert operations. Often, the unfortunate outcomes of such situations are instability and civil unrests which provide the military with justification for meddling in national politics. Once the military successfully gain political leadership, gross human rights abuses are perpetrated and the plundering of State resources become commonplace and in many cases, to an extent far worse than that of their political predecessors.

Together they provided each other support and laughter while sharing stories, going on outings, and picking up the pieces after losing long-time partners.

Warning, you might learn something here! This book follows a collection of essays, short essays mostly of selected founders, the essays work to weave the story of the founding era. It's incorporating the essays to weave the history about why the republic and liberty were sought, which leads the reader into and out of the Constitutional Convention, delves into the Constitution itself the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence using early versions of them before their passage. In other words, it gets into the reasons why and the documents that surround our founding period. This is a defense of originalist understanding, a defense of America itself.
