Years later, I realized regret was the core of who I was. I had believed every lie of the enemy and had sat down defeated. But I was wrong. If you will come to God with your brokenness, He can repair you and make you brand new. I promise you that if you will turn to God, He will give you a new heart from your stony one. One night, she surrendered all to Jesus. She understood the Bible would guide her into all truth and learned to embrace one of the most inspirational quotes of all time, from Philippians 4: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Forgiveness is key-accepting God's forgiveness, asking forgiveness of others, and forgiving yourself.

The Seventh Trumpet explains the truth about the return of Jesus Christ. It debunks the popular notion that the Church will be raptured before the tribulation. Sadly, "the rapture" was developed by misinterpreting a handful of Bible verses, which are properly examined in this book. Great inconsistencies in Bible interpretation are developed largely from the highly fickle and nonlinear nature of the English language. However, the Bible was not written in English, so to rightly divide the Bible properly, careful attention must be given to researching the original languages from which it was written. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew, and the New Testament was written in Greek. Both languages are straightforward and consistent in sense and meaning; thus, studying the Bible must begin and end in Hebrew and Greek. Deviating from this method of study has caused much confusion in the churches. This is where the traditions of men have usurped the teachings of the law and the prophets. These traditions have developed from mistranslating scripture in English before transliterating it in Hebrew or Greek. This is how the early rapture of the church was conceived. The Bible verses herein, are given in the King James Version (KJV) because it can be cross-referenced to the Strong's Concordance which is a bridge to the original languages of Hebrew and Greek. This makes it much more useful to obtain accurate interpretation. No other combination, outside the Strong's and the KJV, can make this claim. All other versions are solely dependent upon the inconsistent nature of the English language; and only a few of them, in part, align with the original text. Clayton Kendall has pastored a nondenominational home church for thirty years. His education in Theology has been through many years of self-study. He owes much gratitude to his late mentor Pastor Arnold Murry of Shepherd's Chapel. This is his fourth published work, and he plans on publishing more books in the future, Lord-willing. All of his books are of the spiritual genre.
I was born and raised in KY. When I was eleven my family moved to CA and made numerous trips back and forth until I finally made the decision to plant my roots in CA to this present day. I attended a church from the day I was born that my grandfather pastored and where my father was a missionary. I grew up serving the church where ever I attended and still do today in a church in CA where I have co-pastored with my present husband since 2009. I have a saying that I'm not religious I just love the Lord. You'll see in this book how I lived for years hiding so much anger, hurt and abuse until a pastor's wife counseled me to share it with others. That's how this book was born. Writing and reading it has helped me heal and gave me part of my testimony. I lived a very sheltered good life within the walls of the church until I got married the first time. It was then that I learned how the other side of the world lived. Within the first three months of marriage I learned how an addict behaves and for the next seventeen years engulfed destruction and abuse. My book shares how much torment one life can bring to so many others as well as the scars left behind. But through the years I also learned how to run into the arms of Jesus and to trust Him completely. He blessed me with a great voice and I started using it at the tender age of three and I still use it now to worship Him. To date I have wrote quite a few songs, including; "The Painter" & "God's Already Done What He said He Would Do." I cannot leave out there were seven beautiful children that went through these years with me and it was only because of God, them and my family that pulled us through. This book takes you on that journey with us of what we experienced and the moment our escape route came into play.
Discovery of a Blunt Treasure is a collection of poetry based on various experiences. I write about relationships, travels, foods and more. I find poetry to be a great way to give my heart the opportunity to have a voice and then through sharing it, it is a great way to connect with others. I believe many people can relate to my writing. For example, the poem I wrote about love, I shared on a couple of occasions and I was asked, by two brides, to recite it at their wedding ceremony. I absolutely love putting words together in a rhythmic manner and I hope that you enjoy reading this book as much as I enjoyed writing it. Bertha Blunt is a native of Albany, New York. She has lived there all her life. She holds a BS degree in sociology from Albany State University of New York. She retired from New York State Government after 32 years. The word "abide" stresses consistency. Most people only really abide in Jesus when the going gets tough. Then when the pressure lets up, they relax and go back to doing their own thing. We cannot claim to abide in Jesus if we only have communion with Him occasionally. Abiding in Jesus involves constant communion with the Lord. The parable of the Sower in Jn. 15:2, 5, and 8 speaks of growth fruit, more fruit, and much fruit. Jn.15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. To God be the Glory, My name is Larry Lee, born and raised in New Orleans, La. Started this journey with the Lord at a very young age (8) 1970, not knowing where this journey would take me. Years later 1984, the Lord began to guide me in the direction He would have me go. Searching through prayer and study in God's Word, I discovered I needed a teacher. God led me in 1986 to meet the Founder of Agape Fellowship, Pastor Robert G. Little III, who I asked to teach me in the things of God. He was my Pastor 21 years. While in New Orleans met my beautiful wife Deborah we served 5 years together Preaching, Teaching, and feeding the homeless at the New Orleans Mission. God's hand guilded us through Katrina in 2005 to Austin Tx. Later 2007 the Lord brought to Deliverance Temple Worship Center C. O. G. I. C. Founder/Pastor Supt. Limmie Collins, Firstlady, Prophetist Chriscella Collins. I am inspired to write this book for those who are hungry and hurting, to exhort God's people to PRAY and STUDY SEEK GOD'S FACE.
This book is about How the Lord God is going to bring everything back to us. If you lost something or if the devil stole, it from you or if someone says you can't have it. God says yes you can have it. I started writing years ago first diaries, then the Lord said to write my testimony down and I did and so I have found my niche. God says to write and put it in your book so someone can read it. Maybe it can help someone.
Joy of family life, sharing fun, love and wisdom of Grandpa Frank. Bringing moral stories to an immoral world, hopefully an understanding of God's teachings to give the young knowledge and strength of character. Watching the insipid growth of immorality, the annilation of civilization, through the "new" educational policies, I feel strongly that children must be exposed to truth. My faith inspired the stories of Grandpa Frank. My four children, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren bring me hope for the future. A lifelong resident of New Jersey, I see the majestic mountains, the sprawling sands of the beach, and I see confusion in the faces of children. Only truth will set them free, The Words of our God.
In this season of change, we need the Lord who is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). God gave Jesus all power in heaven and on earth and Jesus extends His mercy and grace to all that God spoke into existence. Jesus said with Him all things are possible and saints in the service of the Lord need to do their job which is "to further the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the truth that leads to godliness" (Titus 1:1, NIV)? God commissions us to love one another and teach all He commands. We believe the Lord commands people to live holy, for He said, "Be holy, for I am holy" (1 Peter 1:16). We remind you, "all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ and has given us the Ministry of Reconciliation" (2 Corinthians 5:18, NKJV). As Ambassadors of Christ, we must execute our mission and do our part "to bring all things in heaven and on earth together in Christ" (Ephesians 1:10, ESV). To everyone who calls on the Lord, we call on you to teach and practice decency and order. This collection was born out of brain fog which stems from lack of sleep that at times produces entertaining material. Born in Huntington Park Ca. in 1949 with an overactive imagination she began to purge her thoughts soon as she learned to write. Each story is different and so is her frame of mind, as she labors over it. At times she may be very serious, romantic, silly, adventurous or extremely sad. Who is she? What day is it? Thus, her title, "Quirky Tales." She is an old writer with a young soul.
In Christ Jesus: A New Living Way is a book about knowing who you are in Christ Jesus. The bible speaks of the "new self" when we find our life in Jesus. When we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, there is a reset button that allows us to start the new life that Jesus paid for us. All that was old is erased and in Jesus we can take cover in Him knowing He holds our world in His hands. As Jesus is, we are in this world. We have the divine right to live the life God has predestined for us from the very beginning of time and creation. When you find God, you find your true self and the purpose God has for your life. In Jesus, we can live free in His sufficient grace. When we remain in Jesus, we begin to live in authority, strength, and confidence that only He can provide. Dr. Javare' (pronounced java-ray) Phillips is an educator, author, wife, mother of 3, entrepreneur, and believer. Javare' lives in Tucson, and you can visit her at g0dcre8ted.com to purchase her faith-based apparel.
Reoccurring dreams have plagued me most of my life. Although, many times, these dreams afforded me an escape from reality without me leaving the comfort of my bed. I find therapeutic value here. Later in life I found a cure. After each dream was penned, or should I say purged, relief followed. Born MargaretAnn Silva in 1949 in Huntington Park (Los Angeles) Ca. In those days parents said children should be seen not heard. While growing up she entertained herself conjuring up fictional stories. Her parents were pleased with her quiet demeanor, stating this was the way little ladies should behave.
In my life, there have been many paths of testing and trials. I have walked them all with the belief that God is in control and that Jesus walked them with me. The mountain experiences have been amazing as my strength and beliefs were tempered by the climb. But it was worth every step! My views of what God wanted me to see were life-changing. The valley experiences have been difficult, with many tears and sleepless nights. The burdens are hard to bear, but from the depths of those valleys, God has always been near to give comfort and guidance through deep waters and troubling times. My friend, trust the Lord, whatever path you are on, because in His strength, you can do all that needs to be done! God bless! Being raised in a military family gave me a strong sense of qualities I would need in my life. The times on the Army base and the opportunities I had to be part of a caring and nurturing group left a distinct impression on my older brother and me. My father taught us about duty and honor and the importance they have in your life. Those traits have served me well in my walk with the Lord. It has been a miraculous journey, and I am amazed at God's goodness and grace with every step we took. My prayer for each of you reading this book is to rest in the Lord's loving arms as you walk your long and winding path with Him. Enjoy the views!
