There is no doubt that modern times have become unprecedented. In the Bible, the prophetic book of Daniel reflects many of the happenings that people face today. Daniel was unlike all others around him; he led a holy life that was dedicated to serving the Lord. Because of his spiritual strength, he was able to overcome his imprisonment and come out triumphant. Remember Daniel, Don't Forget the Days of Noah acts as a guide for readers, providing an analysis of the book of Daniel and exploring the various ways it applies to the current state of the world. Dr. Lucie Poirier relates the economic, political, and social aspects of Daniel's time to today and reveals the remarkably accurate similarities between them. Dr. Poirier not only demonstrates the importance of Daniel and his experiences, but she also includes several other stories from the Bible, such as that of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah, tying them into present-day issues and events. With artificial intelligence and the rapid advancement of technology invading our world, life has become every-changing and unpredictable. Remember Daniel and Don't Forget the Days of Noah teaches readers the significance of living like Daniel so that they may be able to face the evils of today and discover the power of the Lord. Standing out as a leader and proud believer of God will allow readers to overcome the many hardships that arise in society. In 2019, Dr. Lucie Poirier heard the voice of the Holy Spirit, telling her to write this book within a month, while worshipping the Lord one Sunday morning. She has been aware of the signs that the end times are near for a few years and hopes her book will enlighten and prepare readers for the future. luciepoirier71@gmail.com

This book was inspired by my life and the disappointments that I have had to face. Through all of my disappointments, I have always made it through. There in no secret nor magic tricks. It's something that we all can have; this book gives you some ideas as to how to fight the devil and your enemies. Once you read this book, you may never look at disappointments the same again. You may even have a testimony. Virginia was the only girl born to Rosa and Henry Murphy. She had five brothers who included her in everything that they did, including boxing. She was raised in a very religious setting and spent lots of time worshipping and serving God. Her brothers and her belief in God made her very strong when she faced challenges. It is that faith and the loss of all her brothers, that helped her when she was challenged to write her Memoir. God released the words, that over the years she had stored in the recesses of her brain. Hopefully you will enjoy reading this book.

We all have fears, right? I've battled with many throughout my entire life. Some fears that I've battled is the fear of being alone along with the fear of being liked and accepted. I have also suffered from the fear of not being good enough to enter into the kingdom of heaven. Just recently, I have experienced the fear of not becoming a nurse, which I have wanted for half of my life. One of the most crippling fears is the fear that my children won't know the Lord personally and have a life-changing relationship with him. Jesus has helped me battle and overcome every single one of these fears. He assured me that I am most definitely never alone and that he is always there. Why worry about other's opinions when the Lord's opinion is most significant and above any other? He showed me he has different plans for me than becoming a nurse and they involve him; that made me feel entirely valuable and that this purpose is the best purpose. Inside this book, you will find encouraging scripture to battle your fears and enhance your spiritual life and relationship with the one and only Jesus Christ, our saviour and our Lord. All praise, honor, and glory goes to Jesus. Kalee Bennett is from Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She enjoys swimming, serving at church with the kids, doing Bible studies, working with the elderly, and outdoor activities such as walking with the kids, helping her 2 year old with his bike, going to the zoo, water parks, reading with Raylan, and teaching my kids about the Lord. She hopes that others gain knowledge and and grace about our Lord through her book. She greatly does hope that many come to know him as Lord and Saviour and grow close in their relationship with him.

As a retired teacher from Texas I have enjoyed working with students from Pre-K through the elementary level. I have had the opportunity to both teach and learn from my students. I looked forward to the joys that dawned each day in the smiles, hugs and comments of my young friends. Although I am no longer teaching I continue to be inspired by those days and I am reminded of the motto; Children don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. Do you feel stuck in a marriage filled with adultery, promiscuity, and manipulation? I was. I pray my journey helps you find deliverance. In childhood, I vowed to the Lord I would save my virginity until my wedding day. I lasted twenty-six years before I broke my vow... All for that momentary pleasure, the "high". "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?" (Mark 8:36 NKJV)Please understand, as we cultivated the habit of living in sin, we got used to the thrill of the illegal. We became addicted to the "high" of relishing the forbidden. Sin is addictive. You lie once, you "get away with it", so you do it again. You see, the person in a relationship says to themselves, I know fornicating is wrong, but very soon this person will be my spouse and it will be okay. The problem is, when you get married, the sex is no longer illegal. By default, it no longer has the excitement of the "forbidden". So, you look for the next best "illegal" thing that can give you that high.Is there a way out? This book is filled with insights and answers Born and raised in Nigeria along with her parents and 5 siblings, Chiso Ori Uko moved to the United States in 2006, at the age of 17, for college. Her four loves are Jesus, her family and friends, and her patients. Chiso has a heart for Worship, is an avid reader, a fitness enthusiast, and enjoys swimming and all things professional basketball. Fluent in her native language Igbo, she is now learning Spanish as well as working on perfecting her guitar and piano playing skills. She is a Physician Associate who resides in Columbia Maryland, USA.

Every person is a leader! Someone is looking to you to lead them into a good future. It may be a child, a coworker, a company, a community, county or country. Are you up to the task? Moses, one of the world's great leaders, was a reluctant leader. However, God used Moses to lead a people group out of bondage and into freedom - but not without challenge. Every leader faces challenges. Every leader also fails. With all of his faults and failures, Moses had the courage, conviction, and confidence that the God who called him was capable of equipping him for the tasks ahead. That same God can equip you for leading into the future. Dennis W. Derr is a retired elder in the Susquehanna Conference of the United Methodist Church. He has served in ministry for 48 years and lives in coastal Delaware. He enjoys preaching, writing, and performing music - especially acoustic 50's and 60's classic Rock & Roll and his own original compositions. He has written many songs and has recorded his music. This is his sixth book. Other titles include: Rooted in the Word, The Summer of Love 50 Years After, Pastoral Reflections, N'Site, and Stand. His passion is to present God's love in practical ways that minister to the deep needs of the human soul. In whatever he does, he does it whole-heartedly to honor God.

This is my life story loving God, the power of prayer, surviving cancer 5 times over a 20-year period, and the prayer warriors across America who gave strength to a miracle. "I was 14 1/2 years old that summer, I would sneak on the bus and then the L-train; I had no money, I would go from west side of Chicago to Broadway and Foster Ave, to meet up with my cousin's Iris Bell and her friends. It was a teen church with lots of music and a younger pastor. This is where I gave my life to GOD and asked for his forgiveness and love"
