This is a story of a group of cops who have a fishing club. They take their annual trip to Mexico for fun and bonding. The men have always had fun and the rule is that what happens with the group stays with the group. There are things done here that they would not want those back home to know about.This trip does not go as planned. One of the group gets left behind when he falls asleep with a girl he met at the pool. While he is falling in love. The guys are having fun catching fish when a boat quickly approaches. It is a band of pirates. They are now prisoners. With the pirates asking a ransom to release the captors, the man left behind tries to figure out a plan to rescue his friends.

A story about a billionaire widower who after grieviing for his late wife for years, decides to go on a mission to continue his wife's charity work. He goes on the road and finds himself in the small town of Blue River. He gets a job in a restaraunt as a dishwasher. He finds out that one of the waitresses has a son in the hospital needing a special surgery. He does everything he can to make the surgery. He falls in love with the waitress and her son. The town is festive at Christmas and makes it easy to help the people of the town.

Danny tries to explain his modern equipment and at the same time tries to find a way back home. He befriends the local Indians and helps the town Marshal. He has an adventure that he knew he would never be able to explain to his fellow Deputies back home.
