This compilation of channelled information occurred during weekly sessions over a 12-year period, during which spirits communicated with a group of dedicated people in Cape Town, South Africa. Some of the better-known souls that came through were Winston Churchill, Mahatma Gandhi, Sarojini Naidu, Gertrude Lawrence, and Olive Schreiner.

The series was created to be used in teaching South African history in the national curriculum statement grades 10 - 12. It comprises six titles and a teacher's guide, housed in a study.
