Building a healthy family is extremely important for the child's wellbeing and development. In order to create a healthy family, everyone must show appreciation and affection. In order to create a healthy family, everyone must be committed to each other and use positive communication. If you want to create a healthy family, make sure you all spend time with each other and create wonderful memories. More importantly, make sure you all know how to manage stress during tough times. The purpose of a healthy family is to build each other up, not tear each other apart.

I don't know about you, but to me, it's apparent that this world we live in is being forced to abandon their culture, language, principles, and customs. It's almost getting to where people are acting like robots, and as a result, many people are suffering in silence. Believe it or not, many of these people you pass by every day are suffering from some kind of mental or psychological problem. As it pertains to men and women, there seems to be a lack of stability between the two genders because of the constructs of this society. When there is instability between the man and the woman, expect to find chaos and confusion. Why are people suffering? Well, I believe it's partly because people can no longer relate to one another, which brings me to loneliness. In this book, I am going to explain why people in today's society are suffering from loneliness to the best of my ability.

It's important for black men to understand that not all, but most black women don't give a damn about you. Unfortunately since the vast majority of black women are easily susceptible to manipulation, many of them have been contaminated and poisoned by many of these destructive ideologies society has put on them. In order for the black woman to heal, the black man has to know who he is and solidify his purpose in life so he can be able to elevate his level of existence in this society. In order to heal the black woman, the black man must get his life in order first. Sadly, the black community does not have a functional culture. A major reason why most black women love to promote chaos, confusion and anarchy is because they know that black men as a collective are not on the same page. In order for black men to regain their leadership, respect, and dignity, black men as a collective must have standards, boundaries, and a code of ethics to adhere to.
