The journey of learning to recognize God's voice and discern His guidance is a gradual process. Learning to identify His leadings and guidance became a series of steps for me. Hearing specific instructions, and finding answers, is not something learned overnight. It's akin to how children learn to speak and comprehend language over time. It's a lifetime of learning. A process. A journey of thousands of little steps. The book identifies several personal experiences where God spoke, I recognized His voice and when I obeyed, the consequences were life changing. In each circumstance His direction proved to be perfect not only for the immediate but for years to come. When the scripture says that God's ways are perfect, we need to ask ourselves, why do I want my own way?

We often seek success, only to be left with a hollow feeling. Miseries of Success recounts the tale of one man's lengthy road to achieving success. After two decades of highs and lows, he eventually established a prosperous company. Yet when he sold it, his heart was broken, his family connections were frayed, and he faced an identity crisis. While this book tells the story of his success, it focuses on how he overcame these difficulties afterward. It also shows how God revealed to him that his true identity lies within Jesus Christ. Buddy Raney is a follower of Christ, husband, father, and papa as well as an accomplished business owner. Despite coming from a broken family and having only finished eighth grade, God has blessed him with incredible success. He was able to build a construction business over the span of two decades, though his greatest challenge came when he finally sold it. After that, Buddy had to figure out who he was without his company. Today, Buddy is secure with his identity in Christ. He knows there are more struggles to work through daily, but is enjoying his time with family and encouraging those around him.
By reading this book, the reader will discover one individual's process for seeking, understanding, and developing "the Journey" that is created for ALL humanityJack's process (as described in the author's bio), and his daily communication with Almighty God, is ongoing. It has provided him with a heightened sense of spiritual awareness, guidance, and messages. Throughout his daily affirmations and living, he composed written notes and memos to record the energy and thoughts as he felt and received them. It became clear to Jack that his purpose of life is to create and experience those aspects of the mind, body, and spirit as a physical and spiritual Journey. This, he believes, is the exact purpose and Journey that Jesus demonstrated, taught, and manifested on Earth. The transmutation and resurrection of Jesus's soul and being (Journey) was to once again be One with, as, and of Almighty God and Source. Jack L. Vaughn has been a Financial Consultant (CPA) for over 45 years, living in Arizona state. He wrote a book entitled "American Business and Investment Visa," published in 2012. During his career, Jack reached out to the Spiritual and Metaphysical communities during four distinct periods, seeking knowledge and understanding to learn, know, and live a life with the Almighty God and Spirit Presence within his heart and soul on a daily basis. During these times, he read and studied over 100 books, publications, videos, and spiritual programs; attended seminars; and visited various spiritual organizations. This was his attempt to develop a Truth for himself, regarding the cause, creation, and evolution of Almighty God, Spirit, Love, and Truth that is "the Journey," already completed. This process provided Jack with the spiritual guidance and inspiration to write this book about the Journey for ALL.

No Longer Desolate is a twelve-step journey to spiritual freedom through a process of spiritual awareness, awakening, and growth. No Longer Desolate is more than a devotional. It is a compilation of personal stories, Spirit led prayer and a journal for self-reflection and expression. The author, Patrice G. Taylor, takes her readers through her personal journey of self-awareness, spiritual awakening, and growth by sharing how she transitioned from the darkness of spiritual bondage to new dimensions of freedom, both of which served as catalysts to reconciling her with the Holy Spirit, realigning her with God's will for her life, and redirecting the course of her life. Contained within the pages of No More Desolate are the keys to unlocking potential, purpose, and assignment! Patrice Taylor was born and raised in Nassau, The Bahamas. She studied French and Spanish at her local community college before matriculating to the United States and earning a bachelor's degree in business and a Master of Education degree from Kent State University. She is a Maxwell Leadership coach, trainer and speaker and an internationally certified human resources professional, having worked in the private banking sector of The Bahamas for some thirty years. Melly has always had a temper, and as far as she has been concerned it's only when needed. The only thing that was as strong as her temper was her blood bay horse, just as protective as it was big. She had learned how to handle most things from a young age, but especially after most of her family moved after their mother passed and a couple years later her grandmother as well. Just a few months before her eighteenth birthday they had gotten a letter from her family saying it was time for her and Gramps to move in with them, that everything had gotten taken care of. Leaving all she has known behind, and traveling across the country it leaves a lot of questions in her head. Would her horse Bear keep away any threats? Or would it be forever the thing that would keep her a maid? Born in a small rural town in the countryside of Kansas, and being the youngest of her family with three older brothers she was no stranger to dirt roads or honest work. Moving to Oklahoma in her twenties she enjoyed the country lifestyle. Raising horses, and cattle all year round, with a summertime garden. When she wasn't working or living the lifestyle, she spent time writing stories, painting, and traveling across the United States learning all kinds of history. Having a particularly soft spot for the Western 1800s history.
""Oh no," you say, "not more devotional drivel!" Well, don't you DARE read another page. If you have no interest in the Last Days' Museum, FBI liaisons, touring Black Plagued England, the Valley of Seahorses, or Connumist Sufertuge, go ahead, put it down. If you're curious, pay up, find a chair, close your mouth, and open the cover. Yes, the Muse for this collection has an attitude. Asia can be infuriatingly polite, and the sentimental tone of many devotionals is equally exasperating. Let's not forget, God kicks butt. So, I tell it straight as often as I tell a story. Now, get ready to have your act put together-knowing you, you'll never do so yourself. Sincerely, in your face, The Curmudgeon. About the Curmudgeon: Seeing the world from atop a Thai elephant, under an ultra-light, through the Siberian Railroad's dusty windows, between old cell bars in New Jersey and New Orleans, and dangling from a parachute in Iwate, Japan, the author, compiler, and plagiarist, is a hodgepodge of law-offender, hippy, world traveler, and wimp. His favorite nomenclature, however, would be child of God. His journey in recent decades has seen he and his family, Yuko, Caleb, and Corey, settle in Cambodia and Japan."--

Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you. (Is. 35:4) Fear has plagued people since the fall of man. It continues to interfere with our daily functioning. Clinics are flooded with clients seeking answers. Identifying the problem has proven easier than discovering its solution. Patients sit in waiting rooms anticipating answers. Many are suffering in silence, too embarrassed to share their pain. If you are suffering from fear and anxiety, what are your options for help? While the secular approach has value, its routine recommendation is based on pharmaceutics and psychology. Be informed, medication and counseling manage symptoms, but fail to treat the root cause. Your answer is found in Christ Jesus. He abolished fear's power and will provide you with peace and a sound mind. Author Theresa Ellison will point those suffering with fear and anxiety to Christ's saving grace. God's truth will liberate people from the bondage of fear as they discover the door to peace is dwelling right in their midst. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (Jn. 14:27). Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. (Jn. 10:7). Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD. (Zech. 2:10).

My story dive deep into how I was deceived by manipulation in my marriage. I was like a pitiful puppy permanently positioned under the table, waiting for the smallest crumbs of affection, from my husband. I begged for everything that was important to me, going to church as a family, date nights, social and family gatherings, board games, playing cards, and socializing with couples. I am no longer "under the table" begging for crumbs. Like a starving puppy, I lapped up the attention when it was convenient for him emotionally and sexually. I will never again wait to catch crumbs of love. God, in the name of Jesus rescued me! Now I know who I am, and my immeasurable value in Christ Jesus. I am a daughter of the kingdom of God. I know my posture and position, as I totally lean on the heavenly Father's guidance in my life! I wrote this book for daily encouragement for my family, friends, and loved ones to stay encouraged no matter what comes their way. Always, remember that God is with you throughout every situation that you may be going through. This is a reminder that God is with you every step of the way no matter what the enemy tries to bring before you. Always remember, that your storms are only temporary and there is a purpose and plan for your life. My name is Jennifer Dorsey, I was born and raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I am the mother of three handsome boys and a wife to my loving husband. I was raised in the Church of God in Christ. Throughout my life there were many ups and downs but God stayed within my heart. God's word encouraged me to stay strong, stay encouraged, to hold on and never give up for he was and has always been with me every step of the way. God gave me the inspiration for this book to encourage others that no matter your background, lifestyle, or mental health status is; he is there and will love you even when you don't seek him or want to be kept.
High School basketball star Bobby Ridell, with colleges lining up for him to attend, befriends the wrong person and is falsely accussed of drug dealing. In the most unlikely of places, Bobby meets Jesus and what he thought was his end of life, turns around better than ever before, and meets the love of his life, thanks to God's grace. Stone Carter writes christian fiction novels, centered on how God uses difficult and seemingly impossible circumstances, to bring the ones He loves to a closer walk with Him. Living himself through several challenging circumstances, Carter writes to encourage the reader in their journey to seek Jesus first, in all things, as Jesus met him in storms most could not survive. It's for Jesus' glory, to worship Him by serving His Kingdom, with passion, and commitment to caring for the lost who do not know Him.
Spending an entire childhood orphaned, delinquent, and with a school dropout label, led to a challenging twisted journey toward achievements not thought possible - earning the highest academic degree, and leading a successful and incredibly fulfilling career in behavioral health.Overcoming adversity and challenges built an internal resilience that was beneficial in overcoming obstacles that were perceived as roadblocks. Experiencing moments of sorrow in witnessing the pain and suffering of hungry and starving children in Africa, led to accompanying moments of guilt directed at a world of wealth with an abundance of food. Surviving stage four cancer led to a deeper appreciation of life and the recognition that the benevolence and mercy of Almighty God played a significant role in reshaping my early wayward life. Hopefully, my story will inspire others facing similar challenges to directly face their darkness and redirect their life to a shining light. The Edible Word is a physical description of spiritual truth. It was conceived out of a prophetic word and is creatively written by lead of the Holy Spirit. God's Word is made alive by making it tangible with the use of food items, recipes and baking challenges, biblical stories and personal stories.Through the author's own life experiences, a proven message of God's love, His saving power, His healing power and His forgiveness are demonstrated. An emphasis is placed on the importance of faith in God; hearing Him and trusting in what was heard through acts of obedience. A powerful message of hope and freedom in Jesus Christ is the overall theme of this book. More than 20 years of teaching in children's ministry taught Anita to pray about her lessons and wait patiently on the voice of God for His answer. In law enforcement, individuals are often promoted to supervisory positions before receiving training to serve in those positions effectively. This has ended in catastrophic failure or the proverbial sink-or-swim situation for many first-line supervisors. These first-line leadership failures can have a high price tag for law enforcement agencies. Readers of The MASCOT LEADER will find foundational success principles in their agency's mission, values, policies, and procedures, such as their Field Training Manuals. Using the MASCOT mnemonic, the reader will embark on visible and memorable perspectives of these usable principles. The MASCOT Leadership model is a valuable resource for officers seeking to become first-line supervisors or those already in the role but needing to heighten their leadership acumen. Moreover, there is a theme throughout the book stressing the officers' need to recognize that they are direct representatives, like a MASCOT, of their organization when in uniform. William G. Thompson Jr., also known as Jerry, is a retired law enforcement veteran who worked for the Ohio State Highway Patrol for 31 years. He began as a cadet dispatcher and advanced to become the Northeast Ohio LCS Unit Commander. Jerry's qualifications include Ohio Peace Officers Training Instructor, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Northwestern University Staff and Command School graduate. Jerry is an instructor with FBI-LEEDA, providing instruction in Supervisor and Command Leadership concepts. He was raised by devout Christian parents who instilled values that have been key to his success in life and within every organization he has served. Jerry strongly believes every law enforcement officer needs to recognize that they are a direct reflection of their organization - a MASCOT.
To create a welcoming and competitive workforce that celebrates diversity and encourages creativity, an equal employment opportunity (EEO) philosophy is crucial. While fulfilling EEO guidelines might prove challenging, organizations that uphold diversity and equality among their staff may experience a notable boost in their reputations in addition to an upsurge in morale and engagement among their workers. Companies that prioritize EEO have a considerably greater likelihood of enduring prosperity because there are far more advantages associated with it compared to disadvantages. Businesses could establish a workplace that is more appealing to a large pool of candidates and, eventually, result in an increased number of skilled and robust staff by addressing issues such as unintentional discrimination and prejudice and controlling the possibility of criticism among employees or stakeholders. In a nutshell, employers are obligated to select candidates primarily for their skills as well as work experience instead of their identity, and this tends to be the case. As a result, the organization may include individuals of various nationalities, genders, religions, ages, and professions. Consequently, workplace diversity advances, and workers become more prepared to contribute a variety of perspectives on tasks, processes, and outcomes than more uniform teams could. Employers must also meet their standards in addition to diversifying the staff they employ. It is of the utmost importance to guarantee that each person works in a setting that allows them to be appreciated, secure, and have the opportunity for advancement. Both the employees and the business will benefit from making diversity, equity, and inclusion a core value of their company's culture. When employees are appreciated, accepted, and at ease in their position of responsibility, the effectiveness of a business may increase.

"It is important to have public diplomacy as a solution to one of the greatest weaknesses in US foreign policy that has exacerbated the unprecedented antiAmericanism of recent years-the US government's inability to conduct the "full spectrum" of diplomatic arts and integrate them with the other arts of statecraft at the level of grand strategy". -John Lenczowski, Founder, President Emeritus, and Chancellor of The Institute of World Politics, an independent graduate school of national security, intelligence, and international affairs in Washington, D.C. Since the beginning of humanity, the oneness of man and woman has been threatened by the Enemy. The fall of our first parents has sentenced us all to inborn sin, but some of us have been affected by the beguiling and cunning of the serpent more than others. CH (LTC-R) David Lee Druckenmiller's Memories of Loving You/ Our Forgiven Love is a two-part narrative. Within the first part, Druckenmiller takes artistic initiative in telling the story of the Garden of Eden, where he describes God's creative design of man and woman, recounts Eve's temptation and Adam's misjudgment, and delineates the impact the fall of man had on all creation. The second part of this story follows Druckenmiller's own life, memories, marriage, struggle, and fall after his own run in with the devil, who tempted his wife and cut the seams holding his family together after forty-six years of marriage. The walk with God that we hunger for includes forgiveness and reconciliation, but when it comes to a marriage infiltrated by the Enemy, can the union be saved? Compare the love of God with His purpose and plan for humanity since the fall of man, and you will find the heart of the gospel. God forgives us, and we can walk with the Lord eternally if only we may forgive as well! David is a retired United States Army Chaplain who served 22 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He served Soldiers and their families, as a Pastor Chaplain endorsed by Liberty Baptist Fellowship. He also served 6 years in the Air Force as Jet Technician and 6 years in the Virginia Army Nations Guard as a Staff Specialist. David was raised in the Lutheran Church in Swanton, Ohio. He made a public profession of faith in Christ in 1975 and joined the James Lee Road Baptist Church in Florida. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO in 1980. He pastored two churches in Ohio and then went to Liberty University, where he finished a Bachelor of Science in 1985. Continuing his education at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Master of Divinity in 1989.

God needed to take me on a journey of experiencing joys and heartaches which has allowed me to have the experiences I've shared through this book. Throughout the journey of writing this Book Series, many times the thoughts have come to me, "Who am I Lord, that I should write these books"? There are people in this world that are more educated and more intelligent who would do a better job at writing these books than myself". "Why me Lord?" And God whispered, "Why not you"? I've learned through this experience that he doesn't call the qualified, he will qualify the called.

Holy Spirit the Giver, the Gifts and the Gifted focuses on the gifts given by the Holy Spirit, who the Holy Spirit is, and why the Holy Spirit plays an essential role in Christians' lives. Valerie K. Kinsman utilizes the Word of God, revealing how these biblical passages illuminate the truth about how the Holy Spirit works and moves through the lives of those who believe in Him. Alongside the importance of the Holy Spirit, this book also explores how to grow spiritually and what to avoid when growing in your relationship with the Lord. Valerie guides readers on how to avoid temptations and better understand the life experiences of doubt, unbelief, hope, and faith.
