The 7 Portals to a Peaceful Mind presents a series of affirmations that I have worked with for over thirty years. During that time I have found them to be powerful self-healing tools that work on both the conscious and subconscious minds. They challenge us to forgive aspects of ourselves and our world and in so doing, allow us to move past the hindrances that block so much of our lives.
