Being Dartmouth's most fa-mouse resident, Albert is asked to start a boat race at the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and even has a special jacket made for the occasion.
Soon the little mouse gets carried away by all the excitement of the Regatta and finds himself buying a boat.
The problem is, he hasn't asked his mother.
Big Tony tries to lend some advice but Albert seems to think he knows best.
