Om Barbados Nights
Clementine Evans has a dream. She wants to be the singer on the rugby pitch, belting out the National Anthem for Wales. She has gig's in clubs and outdoor events, in and around Cardiff. Also she works part time in a café and shares a bed sit with her friend Dawn; Her love life has been non existent for too long - life couldn't be more uneventful. Until the night she's singing in the Club - Evan Bach, Cardiff - the night before the big game, it's Reggae night. When Blaize Armstrong walks in, her heart does a somersault. Not every day she's in the presence of a multi millionaire gold medallist, and a drop dead gorgeous one at that. When he asks her to accompany him to Barbados to sing for his parents special anniversary, how could she refuse? Can she live up to his expectations as a singer and spend time in his company without letting on how she really feels? Or can she wing it and be best mates while she entertains his family on their special occasion? Nothing much was occuring in Cardiff, so where was the harm, hanging out and spending some time with him?
