VEE3.0, the first functional android on the planet is botnapped along with the roboticist who developed it (him), Dr. Matt Torance. The Chinese need them to fix their first prototype, TOMO1, who is now stuck at an adolescent age equivalent. Only a short time ago, the Chinese secretly stole an earlier version of VEE's code. Unknown to them, VEE1.0 was flawed.
