Investigative Police Sergeant Petrina Pappas is assigned the duty of leading a premiere bicycle race around the Greek island of Rhodes on her scooter. But before that ever happens, she discovers how much trouble professional athletes can be. Performance enhancing drugs, stolen bikes, and missing competitors are just some of the problems that take up too much of her time.
