Chintee ke Santap / चींटी के संताप

510 contemporary couplets (dohas) of Govind Sen are collected in 'Chintee ke Santap'. In these couplets, the problems of the common man and the underprivileged class have been revealed. These couplets, apart from attacking the all-round hypocrisies, also effectively show the social, religious and political anomalies. They highlight the storms going on inside the human mind. These have unique images of various colors of nature, seasons, festivals, villages and cities etc. Priority was given to simple, comprehensible language of colloquial speech in couplets. These couplets of fresh images-symbols and sharp attitude have been published in many prestigious magazines and have received appreciation from the readers.
