Confrontation in universe B against humanoids and demons

The reptilian race dominates a third of all humanoids and Satan is king over all of them being a reptilian, a dragon with seven heads and ten horns. After the reptilians come the Grays who evolved from the dolphin and are many in number second only to the reptilians and are also humanoid.
Around 40% of humanoid beings in the cosmos are Reptilians, 40% are Gray humanoids that evolved from Dolphins, 10% are Insectoids and 10% are from other humanoid races.
