Piper hires Sawyer to help her, but it seems that her neighbor Noah Martinez is less than willing to let go of the land he has taken over. As they try to save the ranch amidst many obstacles, Sawyer and Piper develop a friendship that grows into something deeper. This novel was previously published in six parts as The Ranch Series.
