Death Watch

Macy Merit leaves Naval Special Ops after a bizarre mission goes awry to become "The Avenger." Her first case involves the death of Jack Jordan, the Director of the Centers for Disease Control, whose wife Vanessa is a U.S. Senator from North Carolina. Ruled a suicide by the local police, Macy uncovers evidence that points to murder. While working diligently to nd the killer, Macy stumbles on a plot to develop a biological weapon to be used against civilians, not by a terrorist group, but by high-level ocials within our own government. As the clues unfold, and the body count rises, Macy discovers the connection between Jack Jordan's death and the biological experiments.
