Desert Food Chains

Plants and animals in the Sonoran Desert food chains have had to adapt to the hot, dry climate of this habitat. This work provides details about the Saguaro cacti and the many herbivores and carnivores that are part of the food chains of this desert. It helps children learn about how plants make food. It is intended for ages 5-9.
