Current and future modern industrial systems are very complex and contain millions of parameters that must be acquired, monitored, supervised, controlled and managed in real time. For this, SCADA systems for supervision, control and Data acquisition is essential. This book consists of studying, modeling, programming and developing human-machine interfaces (HMI) in order to supervise in real time the MPS PA 204 part of the hybrid AFB system from the manufacturer FESTO.For this we developed and presented mathematical models of the station studied. In our research we used the SIMATIC MANAGER STEP7 software for the programming of Siemens PLC industrial programmable controllers and the SIMATIC WinCC Flexible software for the development of man-machine interfaces. .All results are presented in the form of figures, tables and curves with interpretations.
