Doctoral Education’s Reform in Switzerland and Norway

This book empirically examines the recent reform of European doctoral education by paying particular attention to Swiss and Norwegian Doctoral and Research Schools. Simultaneously, the issue of University Governance is revisited on the basis of this reform example by applying a Public Management approach and a multivariable case study design.
