Dog Town

Strange things are afoot in the rundown district of Riga, where Jacob Bird has to live this summer. Evil Skylar Scraper's scheme to transform it into a concrete jungle is being fought tooth and paw by the stray dogs. Jacob loves maps and his city, and is astonished when the dogs start to talk to him. But can he save them and the city?
