Foreword This book began as an article for the Periódico de Guinea Ecuatorial(R) but I have preferred to extend it to a more contextual publication. In this sense, and taking into account the constant and progressive decline of the economies of many countries and thus the regression of social well-being and development, it is more than appropriate to take drastic measures to position ourselves not only geopolitically but also economically and industrially. if countries are determined to change their present to achieve a better and different future. One of the most questioned measures of the new Argentine president Javier Milei, for example, is precisely the dollarization of the economy: What good can there be in bequeathing the economic and monetary sovereignty of a country in permanent economic decline to the economy and monetary policy? of the main economic, military, financial and commercial superpower in the world?
