Elephant Shoes

A seemingly ordinary, twenty-one year old girl named Iris is waking up in a bed she's only slept in once, and in a room she's never woken up in before, on this, her very first day as a mature university student.
On what at first seems like yet another typical day in Iris's humdrum life, things take a curious turn when she just so happens to cross paths with a mysterious young man, holding a secret he's so far managed to keep to himself.
And after an old and uninvited acquaintance appears from out of the painful past she thought she'd left behind, Iris soon discovers she's far from the ordinary girl she always considered herself to be.
Elephant Shoes is a story about the power that's in all of us, how we use that power, and whether we should use it at all.
