Family

FAMILY may be a child's first contact with the person of God, or the young reader may already have a level of spiritual knowledge. Either way, the message of this illustrated story poem is presented in an honest and uncomplicated style to which young readers can readily relate. A mother and grandmother herself, Diane attests to the blessings given by God to the structure of family. She and her husband of almost sixty years were blessed with two daughters, three sons and twelve grandchildren. She describes her family's life through the years as "lively, usually pleasant, satisfying, and very often exhausting, but, oh so rewarding!"
