Stumperland is a story about a great sequoia tree named Woodward Stumpingham. He's old but very wise and knows if he doesn't teach the kids the secret of the universe, the earth will perish. Woodward does this with the help of six heroes, which he calls his positive force team. The positive force team is like Woodward's police force, which he sends out into the real world to mow over the Negators, the bad people of the town who just don't care about saving the earth.His six heroes are Mookie and Dookie, two chimpanzees who left the circus to live in Stumperland; the Doolie brothers, two duty trucks that were worked like slaves in a lumberyard and found by Mookie and Dookie who drive them into Magic Lake, which brings them to life; and Malibu Mitch and Mikey (better known as MT II), who are two orphan boys who met Mookie and Dookie for the first time at the Mean Brothers Cafe in a game of shooting pool, which turns into a chaotic, outrageous pool-hall scuffle. That's when Malibu Mitch and MT II are rescued by the Doolie brothers and are taken into Stumperland for their very first time.

Our story starts with a small boy named Uriel. He grew up in Rawlins Wyoming. He lived with his family, his mother Madison, his father Ethan and his little sister Destiny. Uriel was the older of the two siblings he was ten years old, and his little sister was eight. They grew up in a small but very old house on West Davis Street. The house itself was built well back in 1800's; it had three bedrooms, and one bathroom. Down the hall was the kitchen, a reading room and medium size living room. There was a basement but it was not finished, they just used it for laundry, and storing odd things that did not fit in the upstairs rooms. They did not have much furniture but what they had was it old. Ethan worked as a guard in the nearby Wyoming Frontier Prison which was located on West Walnut Street, not far away from their home. Madison however did not work, she was a stay at home mother who looked after her two children, and seen to it that they went to school every day and those they had food to eat. Every day Uriel and his sister Destiny would walk to school which was about three blocks away from their house, Madison was fine with the fact that they walked to school and from every day knowing they were safe. One day at the age of twelve years old Uriel became very different, and withdrawn. He was not acting himself, and his family noticed it, this is his story of what happened to him as he gets older.

The objective of this study was to identify the operational and policy bottlenecks that areadversely affecting trade growth between Liberia and Nigeria. Focus was on assessing theimpact of Non-Tariff Barriers (NTBs) on the flow of goods from Nigeria to Liberiaand vice versa; how the NTBs are affecting the flow of goods andpeople; what are the inhibiting factors, and make recommendationsfor consideration by policy makers in the trade sector of the twocounties. Majority of the Liberian and Nigerian traders that travelby road to do business are small (petty) business people. Theytravel with their goods or put them on the trucks from Nigeria toLiberia. The question that the study tried to investigate was that"why is it that these business people are not able to expand theirbusinesses and tap successfully on the big Nigerian market ofover one hundred million consumers?" The study found out thatthe Non-tariff barriers are a contributing factor to restraining tradeflow within West Africa, especially between Liberia and Nigeria.The NTBs are a binding constraint inhibiting trade and limitinggains from trade. Among the NTBs affecting trade flow betweenLiberia and Nigeria are the many checkpoints on the highway andborder posts, the practice of extorting money from traders, andthe high level of corruption and bribery at border custom posts onthe trade route.
