    Maternal substance use disorders are considered a significant public health issue in Australia and globally. While it does not necessarily lead to inadequate parenting, it is strongly linked to poorer health and social outcomes for their infants. Women with substance use disorders have unique experiences compared to men, including complex histories, mental health disorders and trauma from intimate partner violence. Additionally, it is estimated that many of these women have children, and approximately 60-70% of Australian children were removed from households where substance abuse was present. Women who inject drugs face multiple challenges and are some of the most vulnerable women in society.

    Noncommunicable diseases have increased in the frequency found in patients in the United States' population. With a large shortage of healthcare resources, and a shortage of dietitians and nutritionists, these limited healthcare resources have produced long wait times to receive nutritional resources. The literature suggested that an intervention is needed to alleviate the dietitian shortage. The purpose of this research was to build a business proposal for a recipe generator app that will create recipes custom to each patient's health dietary restrictions. The study also addressed the research questions: a) What are the problems that need to be solved?, (A lack of healthcare resources and there is a nutritionist and dietitian shortage; noncommunicable diseases are on the rise; and patients lack time and education to research recipes

    Sawla Microfinance's 2019-2023 financial and non-financial performance highlights how banking industries can transition from microfinance to corporate banking. This research examines the relationship between proxy measures of business agility, lean banking,corporate social responsibility initiatives, and banking performance. A Kendall's Tau Correlational research design was implemented, encompassing a panel of quarterly data mined and records reviewed from Sawla District Omo Bank using purposive sampling.Due to the non-normal data distribution, a Kendall's Tau correlation was employed to test the existence of a statistically significant relationship, direction, and strength of monotonic nonlinear association among continuous variables
