Writing this book has been a journey. I'm grateful to be alive and able to do it. Forty years flew by so fast. Two months from the time I write this, the age of 60 I will be. That's the greatest miracle, God is and shall always be to me, number one. He never needed me. He sustained me because He now chooses to use me. He is the master sculptor, I'm just a vessel. Looking back at my life, all those memories God reminded me in detail. I now can see my folly. God still loved me even when I was deep in it. I walked away, He never left me. God is real. I believe He's touching your heart as you read this. My life with all that craziness: motorcycle and car wrecks; injuries; drugs; alcohol; jail; court; probation; fines; hospitals; counseling; rehab; the pain inside my heart; being the outcast, the loneliness, all these things I did to myself because I had to do it my way. God, in his infinite wisdom, used all those things to mold me. As I said He is the master sculptor. The old man is gone, God made me new. I am so happy and grateful. Let him sculpt you. A forty-year power struggle between good and evil. A true life story of a man who wanted to serve God. But the lust of the world and the Devil's schemes were too powerful to resist. He was living in a world of chaos; drugs, alcohol, women and even including murder. So God sent His son to give this man special attention. A life's journey to save one precious soul out of the hands of Satan. Chris Maguire PO Box 7354, Ventura, CA. 93006

Everyone experiences a moment of brokenness at some point in life. Nevertheless, nothing will change in your life unless you make a conscious decision to alter the trend of events. The Eternal Creator and Sustainer of the universe is not obligated to your success if your choices do not align with his divine purpose. Whatever you envision and belief is what you become. Your vision is a compelling force that will ultimately define your destiny. King Saul and his army saw an undefeatable giant in Goliath. For 40 days, they were petrified, confused and demoralized. But David saw an opportunity to reveal God's glory and deliver his kinsmen. We all see situations differently. In life you are limited by the size of your vision. The bigger, clearer and focused your vision the better your life. Make use of every good opportunity, because the lives of others depend on it. Torbor McDonis Kugmeh Sr. is a Charismatic Christian; a proud native of Liberia, is currently married to Iris Johnson-Kugmeh. Their union of 13 years is moving strong and blessed with two wonderful children: Divine and Charisma. As a child born in abject poverty, Torbor believes his devotion to the Almighty God, quality education, a vision for success and a refined character were his best options to escape the grips of poverty. Torbor had no choice if he ever thought of alleviating the challenges that life would present. He credits his entire education from kindergarten to first degree in Chemistry/Mathematics at Cuttington University to the Liberian education system. Torbor currently holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Drexel University Graduate School of Engineering in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His desire to succeed in life motivated him to pursue his goals diligently. Today, based on the choices he made, Torbor's family is financially stable. If he made it, so can you.

"Mom, what's the root word in funeral?" Sena Whitaker's son, Omar, asked. "I don't know; what is it?" "Fun," Omar replied. "And when I die, I want my funeral to be fun." It pricked Sena's heart when Omar said that, and she tried to shrug it off. "I'll be long gone before you die, so you won't have to worry about that," she replied. Omar didn't say anything. Little did Sena know in less than 30 days she would be planning Omar's funeral when he was tragically taken to heaven by four gunshots in his back. She didn't equate his death or funeral with fun by any stretch of the imagination. In this vivid and gripping book, Sena authentically casts you down into the depths of her sorrows. She speaks to the reader personally about her emotionally charged journey to harmonize reality and her perception of God's character after her son's murder. You will read pages from Sena's private journal, get to know Omar through a glimpse of his life, have a front-row seat in the trials of Omar's murderers, read of Sena's struggle with forgiveness, and learn how she went from being wounded but healed. This book is for you if you are grieving your child's death or going through grief with someone who has. It is also helpful for those seeking knowledge about how parents who have lost a child deal with it and those facing complex life challenges. As you read it, you will be comforted, strengthened, encouraged, inspired, and challenged by God's sovereignty, love, and justice-even WHEN YOU THINK GOD ISN'T FAIR.

This book examines God's grant of salvation in a unique and interesting way. It seeks to answer the question of how people can be assured that they are saved and whether they will be ushered into heaven at the end of their lives. It answers this question as if this query were on trial, because that's just what this author has done. With over 40 years of experience in the courtroom, Collins addresses the question of salvation through an in-depth process that is both intriguing and entertaining. Readers sit as jurors while both sides of this case for salvation are presented. In the end, the readers can judge for themselves; is God's grant of salvation guaranteed? Lewis F. • av Sabrina B. Gray
    180

Everyone has experienced a sense of brokenness in their lives; the feeling that inwardly you are in pieces and aren't sure when you will become whole again. But in the new memoir from author Sabrina Gray, Mending Brokenness, Sabrina wants to use her story of brokenness to inspire readers to see that a relationship with God is the eternal balm to heal anyone's brokenness. Reflecting on painful moments in her life where she wasn't sure what to do, Sabrina describes how the reassurance of God's mercy, love, and deliverance reminded her that hope was still there and found through her relationship with Christ. As she dealt with the difficult points in her journey, Sabrina learned the importance of leaning on God for support and showing her vulnerable side to the Lord. These faithful actions taught Sabrina that brokenness could actually become a strength for us, but it is the admitting of being broken that people must come to terms with first. Whether it was dealing with the struggles of divorce or revealing her "uglies" to God or even harnessing her love of teaching into a calling and career, Sabrina seeks to be as honest and open with readers to encourage them to also be open with the Lord and willing to walk intimately with Him. The hope is that readers see trusting God with the good and bad parts of our lives, especially the broken parts, will bring us not only blessings but a stronger, loving connection to Him. Brokenness is something we all go through at some point in our lives, but if we give that brokenness over to God, we can see it used for healing us and bringing glory to Him. theater77@usinghandsandheart.com
