Fret Not

Psalm 37:8 (NKJV) says, "Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; do not fret-it only causes harm."It's obvious that we live in a time that seems to have gone plain crazy! With all the chaos and civil unrest, it would be very easy to fret or be worried about finances, family, and the future with all this uncertainty. In Psalms 37, the first verse starts with the words "Fret Not," and then it goes through the next seven verses, teaching us how to rely on the Lord.
