Friends & Neighbors 2

I have been writing poetry for more than sixty years, and I have experimented with many different poetic forms and themes. One type of poem I am known for is little descriptive stories about people. Some of these are rooted in autobiographical material. Others are completely fictitious. Still others are inspired by people I know, or by people known through the media. I can't help putting my individual twist on some of them; commentary, if you will. Some of this comes out as opinion concerning religion and sex. Please don't be offended, as no offence is intended. From my point of view, I'm just keeping it real. Of course, everybody's reality is relative. I hope you enjoy these poems. If any of them make you think of yourself or someone you know, that's OK. If none of them make you think of yourself or someone you know, that's OK too. Where ever you are is where you belong. The Author
