I am an activities coordinator in a beautiful care home in rural Dorset.
This little book of poetry contains many trips down memory lane as well as touching on grief and the demon which is dementia. It is a roller coaster ride of emotions, memories and observations taken from my own journey through life. Grab your tissues, hold on tight and enjoy the trip!

Jan Millward works at a wonderful care home called The Old Vicarage in Leigh, West Dorset. I have had the opportunity of seeing her work, so caringly with the residents and with such imagination. I thoroughly recommend her book.
