Shadow work describes the artful science of working with the unconscious self to recover & reintegrate the repressed parts of self that we hide from the World (oftentimes that includes ourselves).

In this short storybook of poetry, some of my life's most significant and vulnerable feelings and experiences are expressed, the act of writing constituting my own form of shadow work and emotional Kintsugi that is creating a connection between my Conscious Self and repressed selves.""
