This second edition of Higher Mechanics was first published in 1929, providing revisions and additions to the 1920 publication. Though originally intended to be an elementary introduction to three-dimensional kinematics, statics and dynamics, this book is a classic example of Lamb's work and will also be of interest to those wishing to explore the history of mathematical theory.
