Assesses two studies that evaluate the various aspects of flows in the Klamath basin: The Instream Flow Phase II study (IFS), conducted by Utah State University, and the Natural Flow of the Upper Klamath Basin study (NFS), conducted by the US Bureau of Reclamation (USBR).
