Shaena has come to terms with her eating disorder and confessed it to herself and her Overeaters Anonymous group. However, her family and friends are oblivious to her bulimia, and she intends to keep it that way. Shaena soon realizes she may have to trust them and share her secret.
Shaena's, ex-boyfriend, Mike, has resurfaced and is now threatening to reveal her secret, causing her even more distress from the other side of a screen. Additionally, there is turmoil at work, causing upheaval in Shaena's stable work life. Unless there's a quick turnaround, she will be dragged back down by the weight of everything.
