Om Interculturality as a conceptualisation of living together
The end of the Cold War with the fall of the Berlin Wall marked the end of the period of ideological antagonism. This wind of change has ushered in a new order of things in terms of relations between states, peoples and cultures. The new conflicts are based on identity, because the oppositions are based on lack and the need to assert oneself. This new situation encourages philosophical reflection on the cultural issues conceptualised by interculturality. What is interculturality? How do intercultural skills promote living together? This is the place to show that the acquisition of intercultural skills helps to consolidate living together in an area of ethnic, cultural, religious and political diversity.
